Have being a client with Directv since 1997, and paying for maintenance on our system. I was told be a tech support person that came onsite,and I quote " Cant help you, your dish is too high on the roof" Our service has been working fine until this week and now Directv (ATT) will not support the contract we pay for. The only option that he gave us was to trim our tree and have them move the dish lower. The dish was installed by Directv, and has been working fine.

Support could not give to a supervisor.

Why was I paying for a support contract if ATT would not support the location of my dish.

Any suggestion where else to port about the bad ATT service.
