We have been with eFax for a very long time. We just don't use Fax anymore so we called to cancel our service. You can only upgrade via the web, you have to call to cancel. I was told to call a certain person at an extension number but you can't enter an extension. So I was connected with a customer service rep. He spoke with a very heavy Indian accent, which is OK if they will speak slowly. I asked that he would slow down and he just seemed insulted. He couldn't have cared less if I cancelled or not, but still tried to sell me yet again on a yearly plan. He was short on the phone, not too helpful, and not a great example of customer service at all. Now we are VERY glad we have cancelled as it appears they could care less about anything except your credit card number.

Customer service is via automated system only. If your problem is not resolved following their prompts, there is no additional help. The live chat is of no help. All they do is give you additional numbers to reach the same useless automation.

Worst idiotic customer service ever. they PRETEND to speak other languages, but they don't. It's full of spelling errors, non-logical emails etc. My hint: Change your credit card number. Yes, get a new card, they will bug you for a new one, but that's it. They are BYOND pathetic to deal with.

customer service is horrible. I may cancel based on this alone. the automated # could not understand my entries when I put in my fax #. After a while it just says "thank you. goodbye" I tried 3 times for about 30 minutes. I found a different # on line for customer service, got a live person after a few minutes, was put on hold for 12 minutes and disconnected. lets see if they put this review up.

the worst. I have been a customer for 6 years. by now there should be some competition and i will look for them

Absolutely horrible. Charged my credit card for 16 months for a service I never used because I had submitted a cancellation request during their "free trial" period. I only found out when I switched credit cards and they called looking for a new number.

The customer service sucks. It's offshore (india presumably) which would be ok but they have the THICKEST accents and I cannot understand them. Also, every rep i've spoken too has been RUDE. I DREAD calling their customer service EVERYTIME
