I had a humiliating return and customer service experience at a Whole Foods 365 store near Los Feliz area in Los Angeles this morning! I purchased the wrrong chicken package yesterday and was is the process of returning it with the original receipt., A man name Willis who works in the store came by to the cashier and told me that they will not accept my return since I have done 'too many returns'!

The fact is I was visiting the area and had never return anything at that store. I' am clearly aware of Jeff Bezos Customer-Centric policy thus was shocked to be treated such a rude way. The only thing I can put together is that I am Asian and the man is racial profiling me! I told him I will vote with my feet and never shop there again. I did not receive any apology! I'm repotting this incidence and demand changes and training to be made at this store as soon as possible!

The Ribeye Steak I purchased 5/29/18 and cooked last night was flavorful but basically so tough it was inedible. It is surprising since we had a very good one two weeks' ago. Very disappointed.

They profile customers here by age race etc therefore I choose to shop other stores because f I lost my reciepts they have no problem returning it.

Return policy without receipt is ridiculous especially for whole body care. It doesn't make sense that product cannot be returned without receipt even though its un open and able to bring transaction as proof. Given, in this age most of the stores give store credit in this situation. Anyway, will buy thru buy this type of items with competitor store rather than whole foods due to this policy. And stop all other purchases from here as well.

My immediate and extended family will not be buying any animal products until you enforce your 5 step animal welfare program and eliminate those who are not complying by doing random pop-up visits on a irregular basis several times per year. I hope you wil do the right thing for the animals insteaf of just saying you are on paper and in social media. Thank you.

I don't have a reciept and would like to know the return policy for supplements. I have a bottle of melatonin and Childs laxative family and I tried it for a couple of days and the supplements just don't work for us, if possible can you please help. Ty

Return policy without receipt is ridiculous especially for whole body care. It doesn't make sense that product cannot be returned without receipt even though its un open and able to bring transaction as proof. Given, in this age most of the stores give store credit in this situation. Logically it does not make sense that unopened body care can be returned with receipt but not without receipt. Anyway, would prefer to buy this type of items with competitor store rather than whole foods due to this stingent policy.

Houston Post Oak store has the worst customer service. Associates are dismissive and arrogant. Store is messy and management is nonexistent. Terrible experience!!

Ditto same store comments below are before I finally returned sandwich avocado Arizona they are 50 cents I get mush flavored ? Turkey is like slimy packaged!! Then I do complain she's nice excuses excuses the staff at other stores they know how bad this store is ok it's not nyc or Chicago but come on !

You just can't say we are whole foods charge those prices and give mediocre experience all around out of stuff it goes on and on I lmoved so this store closer I am not going here anymore!
Just ordered sandwich ovens on sell until 8 pm!!! Ordered at 630 I pay come back she said I am busy 15 minutes later
We have no bacon
No money back for the extra charge and sandwich not ready
I could bake bacon in that time
It's just wrong and bad!! You have an image you charge highest prices and this is what you get?!!!

Should be ashamed to have name on store
Dirty long lines few items! The store is disgusting
Meat section is minuscule you can't get basics on any given day no bread fresh bake it at oracle or river and bus it over ?!

Horrible horrible nasty hot food I should enclose pic
Eg no basil for a week instead clearly someone ordered bay leaves by the bushel shoot go buy some elsewhere and stock
Close it or redesign no biz because nothing in it
Only produce good

Truely case by case but generally WF will return with or without receipt. I have seen folks denied for a $10 bottle of spice and others walk out with a gift card for $250 from beauty products.

The 365 brand of smooth peanut butter is at 140 mg of sodium 20 mg higher than most commercial peanut butter. The bottle states a pinch of salt but it is terribly saltty. Your crunchy peanut butter says the same thing but is only a pleasant 115 mg. Please contact me. Sam Freilich 434-242-6766
