It's Now Time that legal action be taken against your company. Everyday your aggressive advertising is now offending anyone who sees them, every channel non stop!!! We in Canada have laws in place to protect the consumer from being harassed by companies like yours from annoying the viewing public. The fact that your company is now under investigation for ripping the public off with bogus reservations and that people are getting their credit cards billed for bogus reservations...You have been rated the worst web site in North America for finding honest accommodations. I think it's time that Ottawa get involved and put a stop to you once and for all!!!

all care and no responsibility. I booked through Trivago got directed to what now turns out is a dodgy 3rd party booking company and been booked at the wrong establishment. To make matters worse I checked hotel directly and I have not been booked in. Went to Trivago Facebook page seeking help only to be ignored - no response. Disgusting behaviour by Trivago. Claim to care but no responsibility when things go wrong!!! Shameful. Your advertisments are so far detached from the reality of how your organisation actually operates!!

I booked an online room for Las Vegas on Saturday December 4th and I am still waiting for a confirmation number for my hotel room. I have been getting the runaround for a week. The person that I talk to each time keep saying that they will call me back in two hours and they don’t. Every time I call harrah’s in Las Vegas they still don’t have my reservation. I have been charged $990.03 on my charge card. I’m very disappointed with your service.

Watch out for Trivago, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEIR PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED, Also watch out for their parent company BOOKING.COM. Hidden fees, false advertising, cancelation policy, etc. Don't even try to get your money back. Best suggestion Report them to your local law enforcement and if possible to FTC. These companies need a class action LAW SUITE.

Still waiting for a reply- Stamford Plaza in Brisbane advertised for sat 9th Dec for $164 down from $530!!! Hotel won�¢ï¿½ï¿½t honour the deal and Trivago seem impossible to contact or get reply I need to book ASAP.

I made a reservation through Trivago for a room at Nations Inn in West Jefferson, NC for Veterans Day. I received a confirmation number when I booked. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk said my reservation was not in the system and they had no rooms available. She stated the same person owned/managed the Days Inn down the street. She called the manager, and he would not honor the price I got through Trivago on They tried to jack up the rates. I refused and told them what a poor business practice they had trying to take advantage of a veteran on Veterans Day! The desk clerk stopped me on the way out of the parking lot and said the manager would give me a lower rate, but it was still more than quoted on Trivago. DO NOT STAY AT NATIONS INN OR DAYS INN IN WEST JEFFERSON, NC! I also hope Trivago and remove these businesses from their listing because it makes them look bad as well.

I need a call back asap please. my wife booked a room through your site and it seems it was transferred to another booking agent Cancel On. The hotel has no record of my reservation and they, Cancel on has my money. The hotel only has a few room's left and I need a confirmed reservation today! What is the deal? We trusted the Trivago name and now I don't know who we are dealing with.

TV advertising is off-putting and annoying. Get an American sounding person, not someone with a BRITISH accent. In this large country it is certain that you can locate someone. Play that ad in England, not here. Disappointing.

I think you advertise entirely too much. Sometimes there are two or three ads in one 30-minute program. This is overkill and makes me want never to use Trivago. (In fact, the one time I tried to get you, you kept giving me the wrong city). And enough with all the cutesy-poo accents!!

I recently stayed at luxury Inn and suites on Absecon Blvd in Absecon was the worst hotel around. Doors did not line ice machine.old dented refrigerators that did not microwaves..not even a closet to hang up clothes..bugs came in under the doir..i.killed 3 crickets found in my room.this place needs to b upgraded manager on property til 1q am..end they said they were there 24 hrs a day..they r not..inspect this place thoroughly before recommending it to another guest..

I will never use your service again! It is virtually impossible to speak to a live agent, then your 212 customer service line has a recording the line is not in service. I sought to book a hotel room for August 4th, Chivago booked me for August 27th. The hotel sent an email absolving me of any charges after I spoke with. Chivago rep on Monday! Your agent also advised ne Chivago was not charging me, yet I've not been reimbursed.

The Hotel involved was the Sleep Inn in Long Island City, Queens, NY. Please get back . I sm 70 yeas old, was released after surgery on August 4th, and I need my money!

COMPLAINT: We booked & stayed at The Royal Inn Motel It Smelt Like A Sewer Nothing Royal About It!

The Royal Inn Motel, Eureka is a creapy crackhouse, think of the horror movie Wrong Turn well it makes that movie look like a trip to Disneyland the motel is a very dangerous disgusting slum property full of weird pot smoking homeless people the location is situated in a dangerous ghetto part of town. Looked like a filming location for The Living Dead! Everywhere properties boarded up. Creepy Halloween feel to the place. Watched by weird looking homeless motel bums as we unloaded our car.


The hotels surrounding the Royal Inn Motel are empty boarded up and condemned!

The hotel looked like a war zone!

Very DANGEROUS Bad Rip-Off Scam! Motel full of junkies.

No Air-Con in cockroach infested rooms full of fleas and flies dancing over fecal matter.

The hotel room smelt like an open sewer.

Sheets and pillows full of bloodstains and skid marks, smelt of urine.

The bullish East Indian staff did not speak English and refused to give a refund. Read the very negative comments from people like myself and my family who have unfortunately stayed there at The Royal Inn Motel in Eureka, California.

We demand a complete refund from Booking.Com Trivago.

We checked into our hotel in santiago de cuba, cuba
Called villa gaviota santiago. We expected everything your advert said... what we got was almost a completely different hotel..

No pool.
No 3 bars
No restaurant
No free wifi in the rooms..
Actually no paid wifi in the rooms...
Actually no wifi at all in the room.

A complete lie, there is even a picture of the pool on your site....

Hotel king is very bad hotel. Convey, No one is ready to go hotel king. Space of room is like wash room, room is very very short. The picture of hotel king which is shown in trivago is totatlly different. Please don't waste your money in hotel king, chor hai hotel king wale.J

I got charged through trivago more than what hotel charged. I saw the amiount on trivago and called that was $61.84. That's what hotel had for my reciept. My itinerary shows $85.51. That's not right. The women was a forieghner. I took forever to make the arrangements because I couldn't understand her. Please contact me Tks.

I recently made reservations for July 7th in Memphis, TN and I needed to change my date, I was told flat out NO we can't do that for you and yes we are KEEPING your money because its non refundable. I DON'T WANT A REFUND!! Just change my vacation dates. This company if full of BS and working class citizens pay the price if modifications are necessary. I will post this to every social media I can. I am calling the corporate office and I will also cancel my membership. NO RESOLUTION!!!! I will never use Choice Hotels again on Trivago

Last night I arranged a booking at "Oceans" at Hervey Bay, Qld.

Unfortunately I have never received a confirmation of my booking via email.

The booking was supposed to have been for this Wednesday the 22nd of June, to my distress I received a phone call from Oceans last night asking where I was!

Oceans informed me that I could not change the booking dates as it has to be done through Trivago.

Obviously there has been a mistake with the date, I never had a chance to check via a confirmation.

I want still to stay at Oceans this Wednesday night, can you please change the booking date.

I do not want to pay any more as I feel it wasn't my fault as I still have not received an email from you.

Can you please get back to me ASAP.

I booked a hotel thru Trivago and then Amoma. After 10 days the hotel said they do not have my reservation? I have contacted Amoma and they said they are having trouble. They did not have trouble taking my money but I still do not have a reservation---Trivago should stop using Amoma as it does not honor its word.

On March 19 I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego Gaslamp area. Kennedy was my go to person. She was amazing
The hotel is very lucky to have her as part of their crew. She is truly an asset. Thank you Kennedy for the wine a chocolate straw berries. Hope to see you again

Our Stay at Hyatt Place Washington DC/US Capitol was a very enjoyable time. When we approached the entry to this Hyatt, there was someone (Oswaldo) there to welcome us. I must say that there was not one person who was not attentive and friendly. The Hyatt in general was clean and well attended to. Breakfasts were tasty and abundant. Our room was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Washington.
