Totally disappointed with Travelers.

My company, for 10 years have used and paid Travelers in full annually for Workers Comp without a claim. When my company ran into a time of need and advise Travelers we no longer had employees, we are told because we were not timely with our audit, Travelers would not reimburse funds paid for employees we did not have.

In one phone call from Travelers, one decision on the part of Travelers, I have decided not to use this company in the future and to spread the word to all the small businesses and associates I can through all the social media sites available to me.

very unhelpful and couldnt give me any service info because it wasnt mon thru friday from 8 to 5 and!

Have had Travelers auto insurance for 3 years now. Had a major "not at fault" accident last summer. Claim was handled very quickly and had no problems. Even on a holiday weekend my calls were returned. They were quick in getting me a rental, inspecting / fixing my car at MY choice of repair shops AND even helped me in dealing with the "at fault" company. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Travelers has provided me with excellent customer service. Every time that I've needed to call with questions or quotes, I received prompt and courteous service. I have filed for Auto and Homeowner claims and their claims process is also very convenient and fair. I would recommend Traveler's to anyone looking to insure their Auto or Home.
