They don't stand behind their product, I have a $149..00 TI Nspire CX that lasted for 4 months and they (TI) will not fix it or replace it. For another all most $100 they will give me another one,( how nice )

I've placed 2 separate orders on the ti-estore and they are absolutely the last I will every place with that company/site.

In both cases they failed to mention on the site that the product was on backorder. In both cases it took several MONTHS to for the orders to ship. I would be OK with that if they would set expectation at all.

During my first order with ti-estore, they actually completely lost my order I had placed (no trace of it in their database) They then issued me a completely random order number with no way to track the order status on their site.. Wonderful.

I was actually dumb enough to order again through the ti-estore.... (I really needed a product that, at the time, they exclusively sold and *claimed* to have in stock)

For my other order, I received notification that the product would ship on a specific date, then waited 20 days past the ship date, wrote to support, and they told me it's on backorder. Then I waited 2 more MONTHS and never received my order. I finally logged in to cancel my order only to find a suprise... Order status says "shipped" and that I was billed. I checked the shipping tracking number only to find it was shipped to some random address (not even the correct state).

I wrote support again demanding my money back, but have yet to hear anything from them.

I am not normally the type to write complaint posts... but TRUST ME, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TI-ESTORE. It is a complete disgrace.

Texas Instruments estore: ordered 2 items that showed in stock, one item was accessory to other item. Got confirmation email. Almost 2 days later got back order notice on primary item and that accessory was shipped. Call to TI: TI stated that primary item would ship 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks later called TI again: TI stated that primary item would ship 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks later called TI again: TI stated that primary item would ship 2-3 weeks. Canceled order. Told by TI that accessory couldn't be returned. No customer service options available. No updates from TI after original back order notice.
