Can we get an updated number that works for the Okemos, Mi branch? Haven’t been able to go to the gym or renew my memeership... I’ve tried everyday this week and have yet to talk to one human.

Snap Fitness only caters to a specific clientele. They are not 24 hrs because their boot camps take up the space while people try to work out. No wonder there is not a live person to take phone calls at corporate to receive all of the complaints!

Useless. I was unable to login to my member account. After 7 years, suddenly the records do not show my email address. When I tried to call customer service there was no option to speak with someone regarding my problem.
Website is also horrible!

Snap Fitness in Hopkins, MN is TERRIBLE!! The worst customer service I have ever encountered!
First thing I work out on my lunch break 3-4 times a week. I tried working with owner (Jennifer) she stated I wasn't going enough to get my insurance credit... Not the case and I seen the same people at gym everyday that got their insurance credit. Doors are usually broken and don't scan your card correctly. Told her this issue, was never fixed and I never received credit for over a year or more. I dropped it because she was impossible to get a hold of her. Then gym was never cleaned, trash overflowing, no wipes or towels ever, no TP in restrooms, giant booger wall in changing room, urine and feces all over in bathrooms. Then there was a glitch in payments and I was locked out of gym for two weeks. Many phone calls and zero response. So I contacted corporate to get in gym I was paying for. The owner (Jennifer) emailed me stating My membership was cancelled effective immediately and I was to never come back to the Hopkins Snap. All because I mentioned something about the extreme dirtiness of the gym. I WOULD NOT recommend this gym to anyone!!! Save your money and go anywhere else! Great way to run a business...

Why does no one ever return your phone calls from this company. Turned in my letter to cancel membership 2 months ago (the 30 day notice) and 2 months later still taking payment and not returning calls. Both local and corporate. Great business practices. I wouldn't recommend this gym to ANYONE! ₩

GARBAGE!!!horrible franchise support, snap is fast growing and going to be run into the ground no questions . Some clubs aren't open and doors don't work ! Can't speak with anyone to ask for help, gyms are run down, corporate doesn't give a damn about bad clubs that snap look horrible, people paying for services that they aren't receiving is called fraud ! Don't waste your money on this garbage !!!

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! The location in ottawa closed without notice, and theyve billed me for 2 months now that the gym isnt even open.. trying to contact someone is impossible to deal with this.. also they sold my friend a full year membership 1 week before they closed.. did i mention theres a note on the front door of snap said they owed tens of thousands of dollars in unpaid rent. This company is a damn joke and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone!!!!

I tried to call corporate a few minutes ago hoping that corporate customer service would be better than Snapfit at Paddock Lake WI, alas, your office appears to be as empty as the local one. Snapfit had a problem processing my credit card because I forgot to inform them when The date on my card was updated. I was sent an email, but I only look at my email every seven to ten days. I did call and miraculously someone answered the Paddock Lake phone and I thought the problem was fixed. I discovered yesterday that my key card has been deactivated. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept at all levels of your corporation. If this problem is not corrected I will be terminating my membership and personal trainer sessions!

I paid 139.63 for a membership that will not let me in the door. My card did not work for the first 2 weeks. then i finally got it working. Now 3 months later, I can't get in the door AGAIN. If I had not paid so much for the membership I would go to another place. I'm very disappointed in the management from day one.
NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AT ALL.I am turning this in to the NM Better Business Bureau.

I also an unhappy SNAP member. I have been a member at the Mattoon Illinois location for well over a year now and possibly 2 years, the gym is way to small for much of anything, the equipment is broke, it is a very judgmental place to work out! I also tried to quit my membership due to me transferring within my job and going to a location where there is no snap fitness, I typed a nice letter with explanation and asked it not pull as of March 1, 2016 I was called at 730 pm last night and told that it will infact pull due to them needing a 30 day notice, the date on my notice is 02/06/2016!!! No that is not 30 days but when I had called to ask what I needed to do to term the membership she simply stated a handwritten notice. So now it will pull as of March 1 and I will pay a membership for a gym I can not use. She did nicely say I am free to use the gym all month of march-Well the problem is I WILL NOT be in the area to use the gym I am paying for. She would not budge and stated it will pull March 1. SNAP you have terrible customer service and you need to put some of your money towards the equipment!

Hi it's sad yes I sign up for state of art gym went to different places and found less than desirable experience lone oak KY dirty equipment broke worn out dirty bathroom trash overflow in restroom just terrible sorry leaving SNAP. IN A SNAP GOODBYE

I would like to complain about the disgusting Snap Fitness located on Bank Drive in Mchenry, IL. The place is absolutely kept filthy with over flowing garbage & dirty toilets in bathrooms. Also facility is dirty & smells like B.O. Nobody cleans or wipes anything down. This facility Owner should be fined or be told to adhere to Corporate policies.

I am a member of Snap Fitness on Andrews Rd. In Mentor-on--the-Lake, Ohio, and would like to commend the young man named JOE, who manages the facility when I am there during the early afternoon hours. JOE always greets my sister and me with a warm welcome when we arrive and answers any questions we have in a friendly manner. He also takes wonderful care of the facility, which is ALWAYS clean. I often see him using the vacuum sweeper, making sure the restrooms are clean, and keeping the disinfectant bottles filled with solution.
JOE is an asset to your business.

Snap in Splendora, Tx is in absolute disarray. It's young members congregate there throughout the day,music blaring with profanity, throwing weights around carelessly ALWAYS messy and disorganized where is management much less ownership? Out of control. New Caney location much more in control, better managed. You've lost a loyal member in me....and my family.

I tried several times to go to the Snap Fitness in Thibodaux, Louisiana to take care of my bill from last month and to cancel membership with you all. They have poor service in Thibodaux, LA snap fitness because they girl is never working at the time we go. I better not be charged for next months membership when I need to take care of a return check for this past month whe n I barely used the place because you all locked me out. I had to get my mother to come take care of the bill but like I said whenever we came and it was in the day time no one was there to take care of the situation. I do not like your customer service nor your place. You all do not have good business when it is time to take care of business situation. Poor service. My name is Katrice Adair and I was a member. My name is Taryn Young, I am a 17 year old girl who signed up for a year long membership at Snap Fitness in Milton Ontario. After the first 2 months I was double charged for the payment that month. I then had negative dollars in my account and my bank charged me an extra 90 dollars for having negative dollars. Being a high school girl with a only one job I asked the manager if I could have the money back that I was double charged for and have a free month for the hassle. He laughed at my offer and told me I was ridiculous and after tons of persuasion and having to get my mom to talk to him he agreed. The next 10 months I did not go to the gym seeing as I started going to another facility and felt uncomfortable being around someone who didn't respect me. In September 2015 I went into the gym to cancel my membership and he told me that it hadn't been 12 months yet (when I started in August 2014) He explained that it won't be done until November seeing as he gave me a free month and would now be charging me for it. I didn't argue because he was my elder and I didn't want to start anything to I agreed.

Yesterday I went into Snap fitness Milton to cancel my gym membership and he told me that it looks like "I lost motivation" then wrongfully accused me of being high and telling me that I smell like marijuana.. I assured him that I wasn't high and he canceled my membership.

This man manipulated a 17 year old girl into paying for certain things I didn't need to and was sneaky and rude.

I don't know if there is anything you can do to raise awareness about how ridiculous this is but if you can that would be awesome.

In Jeffersonville indiana I visited and called the snap fitness for membership 5 times each. Never recieved a call back or even saw a customer in the store. Last nite I drove by and saw lights on and still no attendang during business hours so I called and left a message. Today the attendant called me back and told me she didn't want my business. Good thing there are about 4 other gyms in our small city.

Access card always has problems, don't return phone calls to resolve problems. Says you will receive a call back within 24hrs that never happens. Worst customer service! Wouldn't.go back to this gym if.it were free!

I became a member in April,2015.I brought it to the attention of the "staff" that 6 light bulbs were burnt out in the tanning booth.I have been given quite a number of excuses why it has not been fixed.I find this totally unacceptable.I am paying for a service and this needs to be taken care of ASAP.I will NOT be recommended them to anyone.

I joined snap fitness in Sandwich Massachusetts a year ago I'm working out of town and I found this gym,and the owner of this club was awesome his gym was nice and clean all the people that work there and lift there were very friendly, he was a very accommodating to me because I go home on weekends and didn't know if I drop it get shut down anytime and he told me no problem . i'm a member of another gym back home in this one blows it away so the owner down here represent your name awesome.I would recommend snap fitness to everyone
