I ordered a tip on 10/4 using the website. It has not arrived to date (10/21). The order status page on the website does not work (gives me some server side error).
When I called customer service a week ago, I was told that they might have shipped it to the wrong address and they will send me a new one.
When I called today they said that I should wait for 14 business days (ending 10/25) before calling. They have not sent a new tip. I asked for them to confirm which address they have sent the tip to, and they said they do not have access to that information!
I asked to speak with a customer support manager, and I was told that there no manager available.
I was very polite and feel completely dejected with the customer service.
I guess there is nothing I can do but to just buy from a physical store.
