I have been battling my tablesaw with them for months now. It took well over a month to get replacement saw that came damaged. Instead of taking it back and shipping me a new one they have me take it to tool repair center, which they admit was a mistake. Then after dozens of calls today customer service lady, Ashley, basically tells me I am lying that I just called 4 days ago. I had to get the tool repair person on conference call to explain then she tells me to be quite she is taking to the technician. I told her I am the customer you let me finish talking. I will never ever buy Ridgid again. And I am putting this story on all the forums and facebook groups and woodworking clubs I belong too. Their lifetime warranty is useless if it takes a life time to get something.
