We have purchased your product ultra Downy infusions Lavender Serenity 96/83 Fl Oz liquid. It has been causing the whole family discomfort. We use regular Downy and the UnStopables with no issues. Thank you for your interest and help in this matter. We are not seeking a refund but coupons for further purchases would be greatly appreciated.

I still have not heard from Customer Service on my defective replacement head for my dual head electric toothbrush. can you help me? They cause about $10.00 each and I would like a coupon to release the defective one please. I emailed the first part of December with no response.

Don't be shocked if your toothpaste/mouthwash leaves you with teeth stained; it happened to my son. We all expect our teeth to look brighter and whiter when we regularly use toothpaste and mouthwash. Procter and Gamble's own slogan for Crest are: "Whiten your smile with Crest" and "As a trusted leader in oral health, Crest helps consumers maintain healthy, beautiful smiles for life." Clearly Procter & Gamble wants consumers to trust that Crest will make your teeth look better, not worse. But this may not be the case. A class action lawsuit file in Michigan claimed that the ingredient cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) found in Scope mouthwash (a Crest Pro-Health branded product) can lead to tooth discoloration in some individuals. (http://drbicuspid.com/index.aspx?sec=ser&sub=def&pag=dis&ItemID=305224 ). In my son's case his teeth were visibly stained and he was mystified why. He did some research on the internet and found the case referenced above and the mystery was solved. He stopped using the products and eventually the staining faded. I contacted Crest's customer relations in behalf of my son and asked them why their products did not carry a warning of this known possible side effect. No answer was given. I cited the many products we are all exposed to in print and television advertising that spend expensive space and time warning consumers about possible side effects, yet Crest does not. The sent me 10 pages of forms to compete if I wanted to file a complaint. In other words, if we want to hold them accountable for the consequences of the damage caused by their products, we have to put in the work to fill out all the forms.
Shocking that the venerable company Proctor & Gamble would not want to fix a serious flaw in product or at least warn consumers of this possible outcome of using these very popular products. Should P&G really have to be reminded that seven years ago they acknowledged this potential side effort needs to be exposed and discussed with their valued customers?

First time user of BOLD thru recommendTion. The pouches are all joined together, in bunches of 7/8 and tried pulling apart and product split open and went everywhere, all over hAnds, sweater I was wearing and counter....not happy. Most pouches are wasted now and .your instructions on box says not to cut. Wht to do? No email address to contact your company, your. Customer services phone number says not recognised, the addresses on box are out of the UK. Very disappointed. I hope I receive a reply.

About three weeks ago, I clipped a coupon for ONE Tide purclean. It was a $3.00 off, expiring on 07/09/16. I looked for this product for two weeks at Walmart, Kmart, and Schnuck's, but could not find it at any of these three stores. Is this product readily available or available at all?

Just to say,not happy with your product Flash with Bleach 3in 1. Not even 1/2 way through the bottle and the foam spray system has packed in. Tried cleaning the nozzle,just in case it was blocked to no avail, now using it as a normal liquid by removing the top completely.

Hi. I feel that I have to let you know that just Lately your quality control has gone down hill. From time to time I have experienced your spray bottles not to work, and always keep a spare empty bottle in my kitchen cupboard. Just lately every bottle I have bought the spray doesn't work! I have three on the go all the time as I have two bathrooms, and a kitchen. Wouldn't it be better to sell the liquid in a capped bottle, and forget about the spray. The spray always ends up in the bin. This goes for hand soap also. They don't need to sell a spray with every bottle. The hand soap is thicker than the bleach liquid, but always comes out each time. I feel there is a problem with your sprays. I hope you can resolve this problem. I have tried other products, and never had a problem with them. Thank you for your time. Regards. Jean willis.

I received coupon pages in the mail. I took them all to Target and when I started tearing out the coupons for toilet paper, air freshener, shampoo, detergent, bounce, etc. the person at the register told me that the Tide coupons, etc. were NOT coupons and that I needed to go on line to print them! He said he had never seen such a thing. What the heck, there were coupons on the other side. I purchased 2 large Tides and a large Bounce for no reason because I had no usable coupons. Not a good way to do things and really makes me unhappy.

Customer service phone numbers don't work. Emails are not responded to. Even with that, their upper level customer service people and their executives refuse to speak to customers. Returning products.

I must tell you what a "joke" your Mr. Cleaner bath scrubber is. It is a total waste of money and is not a helpful product for the consumer. Helpful, useful absolutely not!!

Is there a reason why it's seemingly impossible to get an email address to submit a complaint or a compliment or even a suggestion? I've bought my last procter and gamble product.....having to jump thru hoops to contact them tells me....customers are not a priority to them.

The last FLASH bleach spray I bought refused to spray. All I could get out was a dribble and after getting extremely annoyed with it over several days I had to cut the top of the bottle off. This was not ideal because the contents then ceased to be foam and were just bleach. I imagined that by buying FLASH rather than a supermarket Own Brand I was buying a superior product. I was wrong.

Complaint: There was a coupon in the paper this week for scope plus toothpaste--supposedly for $5. So I bought them. Lo and behold, I needed a coupon printed off the internet to get that price. This is ridiculous! If you want to make an offer, do not put in small print all the things necessary to get that price. Either make the offer or forget it. Very unhappy with P&G (where incidently I own stock).

I had two Swiffer Wet Jets fail within a week the same way - the handle broke off. Both are less than a year old This is a design defect. I spent a good 1/2 hour on the phone. I felt like I was being interrogated. In the end, I was promised a coupon to replace only one of the units.

I recently purchased unstoppable product and I can't tell you how disappointed I am in the product. It suggests 12 weeks of unstoppable scent and I can't smell anything and neither can any member of my family. I used it as prescribed and also used kenor fabric conditioner and was sorely disappointed. The product was expensive at £4.99 and to be honest it was hugely disappointing and did not meet any of the hype. Would not recommend.

just had a call from someone called Lucy, asking to send a brochure and free products to us - I stated that we have a carbon neutral footprint and to maintain this would prefer to have information sent via e-mail and read about the product to see if it was right for us prior to sending any freebies, the lady didn't seem to understand and asked me to repeat, which I did, then she put the phone down on me! Not a very good way to handle prospective customers! She also withheld her number.

I have been using Ariel actilift for a while now and love the results however on the rare occasions I buy powder instead of liquid I find myself disappointed on opening a half empty box. Is there are reason for this false advertising. I have posted a picture of my latest disappointment on my FB page and will do so again should I once again find I have spent half my gard earned cash on a cardboard box

I am so livid. First off I received an offer in my e mail and it offered me a free 72 count of tide pods. All I had to do is fill out a short survey. We'll now two hours later I have been offered and side tracked everything from oil changes to trips. I clicked on it because tide and wow no return or mention again of my tide. Now I have spent over thirty min ringing around the rose bush with your site. It's not easy to give a concern. Wow I will tell others. I can't believe my expierence

Re.reference number . I can't account for why your company has not received the Metamucil that I sent to you exactly 3 days after I received the mailing label. This is the second time that I received an email about you not receiving it. I called last time and explained what I just told you and the person said to not worry about it. This was now months ago. I am sorry that you didn't receive it, but I did my part. The problem was either with the shipper or with your company.

My comment is not on customer service experience but rather a negative review on your product.



Recently I purchased a 4 pack of Oral B tooth brushes and was very disappointed with the product.

The bristles were falling out, and getting stuck in-between my teeth leaving me dissatisfied with the product.

Yesterday we rushed our grandkids 5lb pomeranian to the animal clinic. He was seizing, drooling profusely and literally dying. After some questioning it was realized he was having a toxic reaction to HIS flea and tick soap. The vet gave him a shot, got his blood sugar stable and immediately washed the soap off with Dawn dish soap to get all the residue of the dog soap off! We were informed to only use a dawn on the dog. The product literally saved the dogs life. The vet said it was the only thing they found will get all the residue off the animal without causing a reaction.

Procter and Gamble:



About three years ago, my teenage daughter accidently spilled black mascara on our beautiful, white bathroom tile floor. As expected it was walked on and ended up discoloring the floor.



To make this short, I've tried everything to remove the marks; mean green, simple green, laundry stain remover, bleach, comet, etc.



Today, my wife brought home some Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (extra power) from her grocery shopping trip to Wal-mart.



I tried it, and AMAZINGLY all the marks disappeared!



What a remarkable product you have in Mr. Clean.

For the first time, I used Gain fireworks. My clothes smell wonderful from using the product, however, this morning I sprinkled some in the washer and when I went to take out the washed clothes, the product had not dissolved, resulting in another wash. Our water is not cheap so I was most unhappy. I called the customer service number and they took care of it with coupons,so I was satisfied, but it still took two washings....

I love your swiffer vac.I use it in my housekeeping biz.Does a great job and saves me much time. However, I have purchased 3 of them and they each last less than a year. Was trying to get a coupon for some $ off, but they require sooooo much info that I feel is unnecessary. Needless to say, I can't print a coupon. I called the customer service number and they politely listened to my complaint about the use of "gooder" in their latest Gain commercial. Don't know if it will do any good, but if no one says anything they won't know if you don't like it.

I had a legitimate complaint about a product of theirs (Old Spice)....I went to their customer service web link, tried to lodge the complaint online...and their freaking website doesnt even work....done with P&G....just a big bloated corporation that doesnt give a crap about their customers, nor their employees... ( I used to work for them as well)
