Going to cancel once I get hold of someone at Primus. I continually get locked out of my account I have sent numerous emails with no response. I guess I won't pay my bill so they have to call me.

having been without the use of my landline since Friday 14/02/2014 and not being able to contact any one at PRIMUS via my mobile only to be kept waiting for an extremely long period then to be cut off without any comment and to go via E/Mail is even worse they reply very quickly with a CURT pre typrd response saying that an engineer will contact you shortly, Five E/mails Five curt replies STILL NOTHING DONE ABOUT COMPLAINT is absolutely disgusting you have no customer service worth speaking of you deserve to loose all your business,

Best Tech Support I've ever come across. Spoke to Mike badge 104958 and he showed me that my Internet was not the issue. it was my router. Then he helped me fix my router. I wish all Tech support were like this. My only issue was the very long hold time.

Excellent customer service. Every time I've called in with an issue they've fixed the issue immediatley (and twice it was actually something that ended up being a problem with equipment that wasn't theirs and they still walked me through how to fix the problem instead of making me call the company who owend the equipment!).
