Sadly Orange let themselves down terribly with poor customer service. From the inception of my contract there were problems: I did not actually receive the "minutes" package I paid for. Their "Ebilling" failed for me after the first month and I had to end up paying an additional £1.28 +vat per month for a paper bill. Their customer services is almost unreachable (they didn't recognise me number even though they had issued it to me) and to cap it all I have now been charged a fee of almost 10£ +vat to leave them.
I leave them with a great sense of relief as I know I will never have to deal with this dreadful company again.
Sorry Orange but it is 1/10 from me.
