When I tried to place an order online, I received an error message: "Your transaction could not be completed at this time." So we ordered a different item elsewhere. We were surprised when it showed up and jumped through all their hoops to return it and asked for credit. Patricia Melendez (customer service) refused and said "sorry" the item was not returnable, though it doesn't say so anywhere on the item description or at any time in the ordering of the item. She said, "Personally, when I purchase anything online I verify the warranty and return policy of the item. Since we don't have many customers that want to return a lamp, I assume other people do the same." To lecture a customer who has spent thousands of dollars with your company is insulting and unprofessional. This lack of customer care and service is shameful.
