A little bit over a year ago a brought an Omron Blood pressure Monitor which, as I found out at my physician office it was reading some 10-15 points higher than 3 of their monitors. I contacted Omron and I was instructed to send it back, at my cost, for inspection. I did not do this because it was not worse to me to package it, go to the Post Office and PAY for shipment and insurance.
A few weeks ago I received a letter from Omron advising me that they will close my case in 20 days since they had not received the unit from me. I call them requesting they send me a return label, which they agreed to e-mail to me. Not having received it after a week, I called them again and they said it will take a couple of days in arriving. Again, no news for more than a week! I have never had such an experience with any other company I have dealt with.
