I have been trying to get a hold of this company for the last 6 days so far seeing that my IP address has changed & it is not my router it is my modem. I have been doing everything that NCSoft has told people to do. The sad thing about this company is that they do not have any 24 hour tech support number to help people out. So they are going to lose a customer seeing that they can not fix this.

Half my stuff was stolen; I'm not a member or have premium membership, but it took days and hours so I apologize I'm done with this game: I had fun, but it's not fair for the ones that don't have money,but still see potential on investing currency on such a game. Either fix the problem or be another remnant or online gaming.

I got a new credit card and used it to renew my membership. My bank phoned me to ask about the transaction being ligitimate and not fraud. I told them it was, and the payment was processed on 27th February 2015. Then last week (a month later), I was locked out of the game (Blade and Soul). When I tried to fund out why, I was told that there was a charge-back (WHICH THERE WAS NOT) and that my account is permanently closed and 'no correspondence will be entered into'. I asked for a refund and was told 'my account is 'permanently closed', no reference to my refund request. I have tried to emailAND phone to no avail, nobody is interested. I beieve that NCSoft are thieves as they took my money for the year's subscription (converted to ZAR ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMNT is R2007.53 - A LOT OF MONEY ) and then proceeded to close my account. I am furious at the lack of engaging with me. THIEVES, TAKEN MY MONEY AND THEN CLOSED MY ACCOUNT.

What the hell kind of company is this???
They took 425.00 out of my credit card and I NEVER EVER heard of this company!!!
How the hell did they get my credit card number??? Tried to call them but get a voice message to leave a message!!!!!
The better give me my money back,

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!! They fraudulently stole $240 from me without my knowledge, they did 4- $60 transactions off my debit card, though i have no idea how they even got ahold of my card number. I've never even heard of this company until my credit union alerted me to their robbery! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

the message is as useless as their directions! I have five!!!! charges from this company. I have no idea who or what this company is, who authorized these charges or what they are for!! Their e-mails are also undefinable. I am forced to have my bank dispute these unauthorized charges.

The phone number is a valid one but just as useless. The number is an automated messages that sayd to email if having fraud billing and for all other issues contact them using an alternative method and then hangs up on you.

They don't communicate and send me pre defined answers to check my connection, when there servers were down.
And when I answered, they sent me more pre defined check list without checking my answer before, making me check my pc ports and my internet connection.
When I got them on live chat, they could tell me all their servers was down for maintenance (over 7 hours) and they didn't know when it would be up.

NCSOFT is pretty good compared to other companies that I have dealt with. There is usually not a long hold time when contacting them over the phone, the reps are friendly, and they seem to try and solve the problem. Although, the reps sometimes do not seem to have enough power or knowledge to do solve common problems.
