i called for help on a product, before i reached anyone a questionnaire popped up and i had to take it there was no way to get around it then transferred me to some idiotic cruise line representative. then the lady had the balls to tell me to call the number again and it'll go through but i call again it goes back to this DUMB survey. these people are the worst.

liftmaster door openers for residential customers are junk had one installed and needed some kind of computer board as door was stuck. Had the new board installed same issues with the door. called customer service no help with replacing the complete unit. sending new board again not very helpful. WILL NEVER RECCOMEND LIFTMASTER TO ANYONE.

Literally the worst customer experience I have ever had. I was on hold for 30 minutes only to find out that their "warranty" only covers parts, not labor. The agent, Leda and Shauna, were both unhelpful and extremely rude.

To be clear, LiftMaster and Chamberlain have both a terrible warranty and terrible customer service.

This company's customer service absolutely sucks. I've already been on hold for over 24 minutes at the writing of this review, on a Tuesday afternoon. Don't spend your money here - wish I hadn't! - take your business anywhere els, where they might actually respect your time and not just care about taking your money. I will never buy anything from these clowns again.

We are a general contractor out of Mass. Lift Master gave us a product that didnt work. They insisted we didnt order through Home Depot which we did. Then when she realized she was in the wrong she was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me she was sending over any remote she wants. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor who hopefully did get the correct product sent to us. We will never purchase anything from Lift Master again. I suggest no one does either. I have also put in a complaint to Home Depot and notified them of the issues seeing that they carry Lift Master products.

Just moved into a new home with Liftmaster openers. One of our remotes (373LM) does not work. Battery tests fine. Phoned liftmaster customer service and they wouldn't send me a replacement. Said it would cost $39.99 for a new remote. What a joke. They cant even replace a simple remote that costs next to nothing. I will never buy this product again.

LiftMaster and the customer service personnel are the worst. They blame everything on interference. Nothing is their fault. I had only had my garage door units for 5 1/2 months and then the remotes quit working. The company that installed the equipment tried everything, but they couldn't get anything to help. They said they would deal with Liftmaster and we haven't heard anything from them either. When they were here we turned off every circuit at the breaker box and powered up the house one item at a time....nothing was interfering going down that route. We live in the country and there are no homes or other equipment in the near vicinity to interfere.

Nothing has changed in our home and we have brought in nothing new that could possibly cause a problem. I can stand outside the car and directly in front of the garage door and it still won't work. But Liftmaster/ Champerlain customer service blames it on "something in the air" interfering with the signal.

This thing worked like a charm for 5 1/2 months and then NOTHING...completely quit working. There is Nothing in the Air.... just them trying to weasel out of a warranty.

I am a user of the chamberlain/liftmaster door openers. I recently had to replace a sum parts.
It seemed after a number of calls with some reps better than others. they had told me different things that were confusing and false.
I did not give up finally I talked on 2/16 at about 7.00 pm and spoke with Ashley. She took care of my problem in about 15 min Ashley should be commended on her knowledge, patience, and persistence to solve my problem You need more dedicated and knowledgeable agents like Ashley. I love Liftmaster. They very quickly replaced a malfunctioning unit that I've had for a long time and loved with a brand new 8360. First, the lady that answered the phone was very friendly and understanding. She knew exactly what the problem was, that the unit couldn't be fixed and how to resolve the problem. She referred me to the reps that took care of service.

That rep (Candice) followed up, resolved the problem and delivered a new one to my door within days. I will be a loyal LiftMaster customer for life with service that amazing. I just wish all companies stepped up to back their products the way LiftMaster has done. Great job!
