I have the unfortunate opportunity to share that Konica Minolta is not a customer centric service and Nathan Shain and his Service Manager are incredibly unprofessional and disconnected. We have called Konica Minolta multiple times to remove our equipment and terminate our account and they have failed to listen. We have been told we now need to pay more money to remove equipment after we have met our terms of our agreement.
We have provided our notice to terminate and they are still trying to get more money from our organization. I would NOT engage in anyway with this organization. They lack the key fundamentals of good customer service and putting customers first. Ken the service manager was rude and inappropriate. I have had multiple conversations with Nathan Shain and he has put me off multiple times and telling me to call other numbers. Now they are trying to get us to own another year of lease because we didn't send a letter of intent, which was never explained.

your service is very bad. I have to complaint last 10 days no one responding. my mother language is telugu but customer care in english or hindi we are suffering from the language my complaint plz solve the problem immediately

Konica Minolta Is Not On Time And They Do Not Have Customer Service

Someone Came Out To Fix Our Printer And Broke It Even More Then When We Asked When Will He Back They Could Only Tell Me They Had Bookings Already And They Will Prioritize

If you are thinking of buying or leasing a Konica Minolta photocopier be very aware of the rip off charges poor service, they would not repair machine but still charge extortionate amounts on a useless machine, stay well away don't know how they get away with causing so much misery.

I have a technician here right now, who would not listen to what I was saying or asking. I would start to ask a question, he would interrupt and answer it incorrectly. When I would "try" to repeat my question, he would interrupt again answering with the same answer. He then called his manager and incorrectly represented me.

Following points to be queried about complain of konica colour printer

Model no.- C224
serial No. - A4FM041003547
1. company engineer check the machine at site on 03-08-2016 not capable to find cause and cannot satisfy the customer.

2. company engineer took the PCB board with himon the same date i.e. 03-08-2016.

3. After that queries has been made by telephone with number of customer persons (Anup, Vikash Yadav, Vikas, Anil etc) at telephone number 18004190277 not provide satisfactory answer.

4. This is not expected from such a renowned company that failure to satisfy customer and provide unsatisfactory service.

5. Customer is depressed due to service and product of this company as customer take money on interest to purchase this machine and machine is not so much used as it print total 12000 pages only.

hence customer expected your kindness in timely service and company behaviour.

They have almost no knowledge of their own products.I recently phoned them for help with my Bizhub C35 and all they said is that i have to get local IT tech to come and fix the problem,i did that and it turns out the Minolta guys who came and installed the printer didnt install the right drivers,instead they installed an C451 XPS driver for some reason. WORST SERVICE EVER

Never contacted client when lease due to expire. Never acknowledged written receipt of lease cancellation. Wiped all our machine history from mykmbs.com and then denied the six machines our firm has were never listed in the first place. After five years of being the main contact they removed my login and I had to register as a new customer! We had to beg for a loaner machine when the leased machine failed to work. Then we were billed for a machine we didn't even have in our possession. Rep NEVER responds to emails or calls but I bet she does when a prospect reaches out! I will never ever lease from Konica again nor would I ever recommend them.

I have purchased a konica machine C-200 just 8 month ago and its not working properly. It gives bad quality print (may be its drums are not work properly) I asked my problem to the dealer of konica minolta. But they are not listning my problem and havent solved my problem till now. My machine is in under warranty period, but I am helpless. Can anybody held me that What should I do. I agree with the comments. Do not do business with Konica Minolta. My school was given the run around and many different answers. The internal communications within the company is terrible, and the customer service people are quite rude. My school will never use this company again.

I called for a service call first thing Monday morning, no response or return call. I called again a couple hours later and talked to a lady who took all our information as this copier was transferred to us from our Seattle office. After waiting the entire day, I called again to find out the status and all they did all day long was jerk us around stating they were trying to find our maintenance agreement and could not set up a service call until they had that information! Then was told they didn't even key it in until after 1:00 pm, I told her I called at 8:12 am so why was it taking so long. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. I had my Seattle contact call her Minolta contact and he forwarded everything they needed to find out agreement and get moving on this service call. I called this morning (the next day) and asked what the status was and the lady told me the same thing I was told the day before, they still needed to update our information before they could do anything! I explained to her that this should have all been done yesterday so she called me back a little while later and told me she found all the information they needed and would set up the service call. The service call tech called me and told me he wasn't coming until the next day? When I asked why, he just cut me off and shouted that he just got the call! As I tried to explain the situation and the fact that I was told this morning this would be put on a rush basis, he just snapped the same sentence again. He was extremely rude and could have cared less about customer service! I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received and the nastiness of the people involved at Konica Minolta.

The worst service i encounter compare to cannon and xerox. Call line hang me up first time. Then she told me she will pass the case to helpdesk support and get to to call back, but never give any ticket id or number and been waiting for 2 hour.

This company is awful. Their service technicians are always in my office fixing their crap copier! ther document feeder is constantly breaking. I literally call them once a week. Our fax/printer/scanner is all on this copier so it's our lifeline in the office. I placed a service call (which I escalated 3 hours later) and then had to call to ask where the tech was, just to have him call me and tell me he wouldn't be making it today and he would come the next day, AFTER another call.

I agree with the comments. Do not do business with Konica Minolta or Steve Sullivan, manager. Our equipment started malfunctioning. We thought they were replacing it according to our contract, but subseuqently found out we had been
duped into a new lease. It took months to get out of it and now we have been sent to
a collection agency. They were dishonest and stopped all communications.

Our machine needs to change drum and we have approved it with the price they have quoted and till now (2months already) they have not replaced it and the machine stopped working.

Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! we have a printer that has been down for over 5 days and still the tech has not shown up, I tried to call Konica about this, and after going thru all the push this and push that menu's I was on hold for over 15 mins and just gave up!!! I now had to call another company to get our printer fixed even though it is still under warranty!!!! and I will have to PAY FOR THIS REPAIR, BUT THAT IS BETTER THAT WAITING FOREVER FOR THE IDIOTS TO GET HERE!!!

This company has the worst business practices I have ever seen. First, they make up items in the contract then when asked to produce said contract they wouldn't do it. I am forced to speak to a first-level phone bank person. When asked to clarify the wording in the contract they didn't even know the meaning of the term "cancel able". I asked to speak with their legal counsel or executive management and they outright refused me. My only recourse is to stop payment on the machines. I would bet they contact me then!!!! I highly recommend you do not enter into a contract with this company. Getting a divorce is easier.

Today's experience was good. The person on the phone did an excellent job. However, now I am at the mercy of the branch office (Stuart Maclean and Jason Carnaghi) and they are terrible at their jobs. So imagine I have accomplished nothing today. My score is reflective of my experience with the branch office and not so much with the national office.

We have had a Di5510 for 8 years. It has been very reliable as well as the maintenance service as well. Been very happy with them.

Our office is in New Jersey. We have a 5 yr old Bixhub C353. It still performs beautifully and reliably. We print about 45,000 pages per year. Service has been excellent. When we have a problem a tech is sometimes here the same day if we call very early. Otherwise the next day. Supplies do take a few days. Phone reps are responsive & pleasant, though you can wait a bit on hold.
