I have the unfortunate opportunity to share that Konica Minolta is not a customer centric service and Nathan Shain and his Service Manager are incredibly unprofessional and disconnected. We have called Konica Minolta multiple times to remove our equipment and terminate our account and they have failed to listen. We have been told we now need to pay more money to remove equipment after we have met our terms of our agreement.
We have provided our notice to terminate and they are still trying to get more money from our organization. I would NOT engage in anyway with this organization. They lack the key fundamentals of good customer service and putting customers first. Ken the service manager was rude and inappropriate. I have had multiple conversations with Nathan Shain and he has put me off multiple times and telling me to call other numbers. Now they are trying to get us to own another year of lease because we didn't send a letter of intent, which was never explained.
