I am livid. I returned two items via UPS and Customer Service indicates that they only received one item. I do have the UPS Delivery receipt and both items were in the same shipment. I sent a fax with all the information to customer care and they indicate that they can do nothing about it.

I just received an email asking me to participate in a 10 minute survey. I participated & at the end of the survey I was advised that I did not QUALIFY for the survey. I took the survey based on your solicitation. Your choice of words DO NOT QUALIFY is insulting. Perhaps I do not qualify to continue to be one of your customers. In fact, you now do not qualify to be one of my shopping choices. So long JTV!

Ordered ring online but not convinced the order went all the way thru.

,On 5/23/16 I returned a ring as a stone fell out. I do not want credit,a replacement would be fine. It was after the 30 days but feel you would honor this. It was a silver band with many white stones from the Titanic collection. I was not advised thatyou rec'd it.

I am 87 years old & a good customer of JTV.

I was ill and could not return it on the right date.

The Statement was in the PKg. It was a Mrs Websters ring.

JTV has been good to me, they have great customer service and if I don't like something I can return it even after 30 days. Its hit or miss with their diamonds some are really good but go to retail stores and try to beat their prices.

called customer service to inquirer on Vanna K rings at 8:00pm ET ...waited for 15 minutes on hold for live person..
hung up after 20 minutes
