On trying to get support for Developer software you are treated extremely poorly. Certainly only want your money and at a renewal of 14k a year they get that..

Good software but the worst support I have ever come across

I put in a warranty claim for a processor under warranty. It was a clear-cut case of product failure and the customer service team asked me for my mailing address to send me a new product. Since then, I have updated my ticket 3x over the past two weeks asking when I would be contacted again - all of which have had no response. I have now opened a new ticket to complain about my previous ticket. Three weeks with no resolution for a straight forward warranty replacement? Absolutely ridiculous.

Your SA service is SHOCKING !!!!!!
I phoned yesterday and this black woman answered the phone and said to call back the next day 9 am.... I did so and she said no they not available again ?

Incompetence is all there is to say really .... Not being able to tell me when I can speak to Intel support ?

I am going to make this a public matter !!!!! THIS SERVICE IS HORRIFIFC MAN !!!

All I want is to get some help with my DQ45CB desktop board as your site is useless and the drivers are wrong for the audio device !!! I tried speaking to the manager, but also no answer ????

Why do you sell products you cannot support ? Idiotic man ....

Purchased Intel SSD 535. Packaging suggests that migration is simple task involving connect SSD 535 drive to computer using SATA to USB cable, installing and using Intel migration software, and then swapping out the old drive with the SSD 535. DOES NOT WORK !!!! Computer does not recognize the USB device consisting of the SSD 535 and the specified SATA to USB cable. Intel knows that this a problem because it recommends professional installation if the computer does not recognize the USB connection. The whole point of making this purchase was to make it a DIY project. This is totally misleading advertising and I will try as hard as possible to avoid Intel products.

Tried to Report that my processor was faulty. This simple task turned ugly when I was told a monitoring app (made by Intel) voids the warranting and instead of helping at all, I was told that "the products aren't required to reach a certain speed." Not only was this random fact useless but it gave my some insight to the shitshow I was dealing with. This is the worst customer service I've ever had by far. Nothing has been less than pleasant before this experience.

You can only contact them via their website. Even to reply when they email you.

A monitoring app, I guess, voided my warranty

Issue Resolution:
No resolution.

Kept telling me it was probably my fault for overheating a faulty processor (but it was water-cooled and I was using the best thermal compound the internet could find)

Product Knowledge:
Thought the Intel(R) Turbo Boost Tech Monitor voided the warranty. I went back and read the agreement and it doesn't.

I am very disappointed with Intel customer service support on warranty section.

Firstly, Intel replace me with different stepping processor without notice and they claim is the same. Later on their so called engineer clarified there is a different.

Secondly, they have been lying to me that will update me next week again and again. Each time I do not receive any feedback either from email or thru cellphone as I'd given my email and cellphone no. for more than 3 times. It has passed 8 weeks until today. As they promised me will either update me again or called me on Dec30 but until now, I'd not receive anything yet.

Besides that they did not record the interaction on my request during the conversation. So end up every time I called up I have to repeat the whole damn story again and again.

Whenever I ask to speak to their higher level, they will tell me that they are supervisor the top level in the shift. So who am I suppose to talk to about my problem?

In the late 1970s to 1980s Intel had a very successful operation in Barbados. I was employed with the company during this time. The various concepts and principles that were taught at Intel have remained with me to this day. I think that when I look back it was indeed a delighted opportunity to be employed by such a company. I was a continuous Top-Performer and was always being awarded for my contribution to the company's operations. I still have my various awards. THANK YOU INTEL - I will continue to salute and sing your praises.
