Hasbro consumer care is a joke. No call back. And although their office should have been open an hour and a half ago, their message still says they are closed. Returning the extremely overpriced furby connect that does half of what is advertised. NEVER spending that kind of money on anything Hasbro again.

Hasbro ruins every US version of a transformer toy. Buy Takara do not waste your time with these cheap versions. Their customer service is non existent. Ppl will buy their toys anyway despite any of these negative reviews. Too bad but they lost lost at least one customer

Be so warned that anybody that buys or has an anamai female figure or has magazines, books, posters, comic books that depicts females thinly clad is an individual according to the Yavapai County law enforcement, Prescott, Arizona, is an individual that has a serious mental-sexual disease and goes to jail for being a serious sex offender. According to this anybody that has these kinds of items is soliciting sex with minors according to the Yavapai county police department. So warn the store managers and other it is strongly customers where these Hasbro products are distributed in Prescott, Arizona, as it is strongly implied the these kinds of items in the hands of males, who have them as collector items are serious sex offenders having a serious mental sex disease curable by medication because they are the law and the think that they know it all

I bought a puzzle this week 500 piece lazy summer afternoon is the name of it, got it put together and one piece was missing the seal was not broken on the box when purchased, this is the second time this has happened in the last year, either I am the most unlucky person alive with the puzzles purchases or something else is wrong . I tried to get in touch with Hasbro co but to no avail have I received an answer to where is my missing puzzle piece.I guess I just won't purchase any more puzzle's by your co.

I purchased JJ the Jumping Pug for my granddaughter in early October from a store that was closing that had an ALL SALES FINAL / NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES policy. When we got home we discovered that the toy would not work. I emailed Hasbro and explained the situation. I sent a picture of the UPC and sales receipt. They were quick to respond. After sending the back of the battery case to them, (at no cost to me) we received a new working toy.

I am commenting not because of direct relation to Hasbro. But because of the lack of a Wizards of the Coast page, a company owned by Hasbro. When I lost my MTGO account their service was outstanding. I called, hold time was short, and the guy was super nice. He asked enough questions to make me feel that the phone system is a secure method of handling accounts, while not taking up hours of my time.

I Have Many Hasbro Toys, Mostly Board Games Such as Monopoly, Sorry, Boggle, Connect 4, Jenga, Yathzee, Battleship & So Many Others. Enjoyable Board Games & Awesome Service! I Love Hasbro!

We purchased the Dungeons and Dragons: Castle Ravenloft Board Game, which is produced by Hasbro's subsidiary company Wizards of the Coast, from an online retailer in late April 2012. Upon opening the game we noticed an issue with our product that started off minor and then became worse over a few days. After browsing the Wizards of the Coast website we decided to contact the customer service department by email.

Within 24 hours we had a response pertaining to our issue, and within 48 hours they had dispatched replacement parts. To say the least I was blown away by the quick and friendly turnaround. Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast customer service is truly magical.
