Like someone in the previous review mentioned and I had the same problem (too bad I dd not read his review). I bought this product and after 7 month the left headphone stopped working. It took number of chats and calls to get the product replaced and I was assured that the new product would be sent. I finally received the product and it was new. It was refurbished and imagine this the left headphone was not working
But no worries it took another 10 chats and phone calls to get it replaced (during the entire process I had been told that I would get a call from the supervisor to escalate the issue. Nobody ever called). So I had to pay again for shipment back. Again I was told I would get a brand new product from them. I got the refurbished product 3 days ago and needless to say that for the third time the left headphone is not working
I am not planning to deal with them again. I am calling AMEX and submitting refund request based on the service not delivered per terms and conditions.
Would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. I have bought 5 products and until lately when they outsourced their call center I have never had any issues. Now, if you ever have any problems i guarantee you will have to deal with incompetent people outside of USA who have no idea how resolve these issues.
Also they do not allow the negative reviews on their web site which is a violation as well
