They closed my account for no reason with no notice with $900 still on it. Can�t for the life of me reach a freaking human. Getting a lawyer. Sons of biatches. Dam crooks. Burn in hell green dot. I�m going to begin a petition to shut them down. I will stand in front of wal mart with my story for the world to hear. I hate green dot. Hate them.

This is strictly a customer service matternth at I want to ADDRESS to c/o GreeenDot pre-paid cards. I specifically want that account canceled/closed, due to was lost or stolen and never recovered. My apologies; this is NOT a review. I never had any problems, using the card and/or obtaining balance information. I would recommend, to anyone to using the card.

I have been on hold for 1hr trying to fix my account. first you said you couldn't see the Photo I upload and I did it twice still no contact has been made. I need my funds released or I will be contacting my attorney today. This is uncalled for to treat customers in this manner. this the worst business I have ever had to deal with. call me today

I cannot activate my card in which I have money on .. I put my card number and expiration date and it tell me that it does not match ... I can�t post money or use it as credit or debit .. Please call me

I have been trying for three days to reach someone who can help me to retrieve my routing and account number for direct deposit. I also signed up for text messaging to get that information. I have not received a response and none of the phone numbers work or connect with customer service. I am going to close my account

I went to an atm that wad broke or out of money and tried twice and didn't get Any Money but both transactions was taken out of my account so i need my money back so please call.

I just bought a card and and when I call to activate it it says card I'd invalid I can't not reach a human...

Green Dots customer service is terrible. You can never reach a live person and that tells me a lot about this bank and card. I have been trying to apply for their 9.99% card for several days. It continually has trouble accepting my bank card to make the initial depopsit. I have called every 888, 877 and 866 phone number on their sites and they all go to the same recorded message and to not a single liver person. If I ever have a problem with my card, this could create more credit related problems then this card is worth so I am letting everyone know, beware a company who offers greats deals but you can never reach a person to discuss it with. Big red flag.

I need to speak to a representative about a moneypak that I tried loading onto my RUSH card. It is $500.00....! I do not have a green dot card! I need to speak with a customer service person to help me. Can someone please contact me asap? I have been trying for hours and your system will not give me the option to speak to anyone. I am so stressed right now. It is all the money in the world that I have to my name.

Yeah I've been trying to activate or register my GreenDot card and it's not letting me in it keeps giving me some silly answers and then there's no way to talk to somebody to get it fixed this is outrageous you get a card you expected to work I tried registering it and it said I needed to wait 10 minutes to try again so I waited 15 minutes then I tried again and it said you have to wait 24 hours to try to activate the card even though I need to use it now this problem needs to be addressed there needs to be a way to talk to a real person

i have been on hold for a very extensive amount of time. I am supposed to have a deposit on my card and it isn't there. My company sent me the email with all of the info where they sent it and it was received by the bank. Where is my money?

A green dot money pak says its invalid when I went to load on my rush card. Walgreen's where I bought card says your company must rectify. Not them. I have receipt. Please contact me.

I am very satisfied with greendot and their customer service representative. I have had fraudulent activities one my card and every time i reached out to them i have had money returned to my account. I love my greendot bank.
