I have been verbally assaulted by a lady guard trying to deliver PO#22835704 @6:00am 7/2/2018 after she yelled at me about a supposed reflective stripe then she started yelling for my wife that was sitting in the truck to get her's on "right now" I had enough of dis respect and turned around and call the broker to get a supervisor to tell her to quit the assault and yelling. You need to send her for a UA ASAP. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH HER. GENTRY

i just purchased a bbq grill at fred mwyer in pacific ave and 72nd st. Two clerk helped me put my grill in the back of my pick up truck. I asked for rope to secure it, she gave a piece of string so I use to tie it down. On my way home the grill fell down and broke some parts. I turn around back to store and ask for replacement but they said no.It was my fault once it gets out of store.I didn't want to bring home the grill so I left it in front of the manager and customer service.Totally no consideration at all.

Fred Meyer Burien,wa Has One Of The Worst
No I Mean The Worst Work Ethics In Managers. Totally Unprofessional And Racist Employees Ever. Heather Im Talking About You. The Manager In Fm Burien. I Saw Her Just Embarrass This Lady In Line Over A Stupid Id That Looked Real Just Bent Up, Took Hrr License And When The Lady Was Trying Tp Show Her Her Expired One She Took That Too . What A Straight Douche. Calling Her A Fraud Out Loud, So Unprofessional,,.. She Should Of Just Took Her Aside Not Embarass The Poor Lady

I tried to return a timer for lights that stopped working after a month of use. Customer service said I couldn't return it because I had purchased it more than 90 days ago. I had the receipt but they wouldn't even give a store credit. Not happy!

I recently went to Fred's to get groceries. Total came to $52. I gave cashier (2) $50 bills. She rang it up as only $70, and gave me back the wrong amount in change. I immediately bright problem to customer service. They would not count out her till immediately to give me mt correct change back. Instead they said I would have to fill out a form and wait 24-48 hours and would have to view the cameras through loads prevention. ?? This seemed ridiculous to me because so much could happen to my money in that amount of time, considering I just bought and paid for the groceries, paid cash and used my rewards card. I am still trying to get my money back from Fred Meyer. I do so much shopping there but I'm starting to not like there policies and procedures.

Hello....I shop at your Brookings Oregon store. While shopping the other day, I asked your clerk why it was you did not display an OLED TV...perhaps the expense, was the reply. I don't have a handle on your demographics the way management does, but surely we have a few who could afford one...even here in Brookings. Is it possible to look into putting one on display? I really don't necessarily want to go into one of your competitors for answers?!

I live in Bellingham,Wa. And I've tried on my own and with a store employee to down load the free Friday items with no luck. I always type in my(old) home number which can you please help me so I can get my free Friday items. Thanks

Purchased a dvd for my grandkids for Christmas but found the blue ray with digital download at Walmart for $2 more so I bought that and tried to return the unopened movie/w receipt that I had for only 1 week and they would not let me. The manager told me that was the policy but I read it while I was standing there and nowhere did it say you couldn't return it as long as it was unopened and you had the receipt. Won't be shopping there again!

When did Fred Meyers become lazy and not want to go out of their way to serve their customers I thought that they were all about quality service making people feel welcome and wanted to shop there I called to complain to the director at the U P Fred Meyers because I used to work there and I've got a different job now and people have been coming to me complaining about the service that they're receiving at the University Place Fred Meyers I was concern I talked to the director that she didn't seem like she was concerned about it at all but I just you know I represent Fred Meyers even if I don't work with you guys anymore I believe in quality service and I always thought that that's what Fred Meyers dead when to cut customers have to get their own carts and when cashiers don't understand that a person may not be able to lift as much as be considerate of the customer not of themselves be warm welcoming and be willing to go out of your way to serve these people fast or slow

I purchased a BROKEN ihome wireless speaker, and they will not return it because my receipt is torn into 2 pieces (by employee when taken from the printer). Purched only 12 days go. It is the only item on the receipt. I didn't have my rewards card when i made the purchase. The receipt doesnt have any part missing and all parts are still in the box.

Why do I get the optical store when I call the number listed on the Covington, WA web page for Fred Meyer.....and the optical dept can't transfer my call????

I guess it's just because I am an old lady now and know that whether I like it or not, stores have policies and if you want to make things work for yourself,you play by the rules. I probably spend a $1000 a month at Fred's. I practically live there. Of course I buy my groceries there and God knows almost everything else. Sometimes I think I need to get out more. But I also return a lot. I have never had a problem. Ever.Even produce.

Tried to reach Fred Meyer corporate office today. Dialed but got a recording which said I needed to dial a different number,in order to reach a department or specific person. However, when I dialed the 800 number, I received the same message. Dialing "0" is not an option.

Have shopped FM for about forty years. My only problem is with Chase. Most of the time they only have one clerk and they don't care how long the line is. I have health issues and can't stand for very long, and at times have to wait ten minutes or longer. I'm changing banks soon.

They would not let me return a ps4 pro not opened but exchanged it for a ps4 regular version and the 120$ diffrence they would not pay out in cash and I payed cash... what a pain.... I just wanted to r re turn th product and get my money back... Not shopping at Freds again...

If this is their policy then they surely did not stand by it for me. My husband bought me 2 pairs of jeans for Christmas and they were the wrong size. He misplaced the receipt so I took them in to exchange them for the right size but they said without a receipt they couldn't do anything for me. I have NEVER returned anything at Fred Meyer before,with or without a receipt. I realize my husband should have kept track of the receipt but come on! I would have gladly given them my ID for an exchange. I am very disappointed

Took 45 minutes to get help with malfunctioning can/bottle return machines despite talking to five different employees in and outside of store, two of whom refused to summon manager when asked to do so or do a hand count for refund after the first three lied about getting right on sending someone out to fix them. By the time someone did finally fix them other customers had cut in front of myself and the other customers who had gone inside to seek help and/or complain but Fred Meyer employee refused to do anything about it or do a hand count. A fight nearly erupted so I ended up leaving and abandoning my returnable containers without refund.

i shop at fred meyers all the time but today my car got vandalized when i went inside some short shopping list it less than 10 minites someone wrote cuss words on my back window with makeup and threw coffee all over it i know things happen and it was luckly just make up and coffee but in less than 10 minites and 20 feet from the door so my comment is i think fred meyers should put more videos cameras up and hire a sercurity services especially around the holidays so im going to give a negative for refusing to show video footage to me and not having enough video cameras around the store hope this changes in the future but i will continue to shop there though because of quality of there products and offering competative prices JUST BE XTRA AWARE OF CRIME HAPPENING AROUND THE HOLIDAYS happend at the w 11th store if u know anything or seen anything that day please email ur contact info and ill contact you the car was 2016 dodge jouney greyish it was parked near the merchantdise department near the door it happened dec 18 2016 around 11ish in the morn thanx happy holidays to all

After being charged and waiting for a Lego Star Wars set from the stock room, I was told that the only one left was a display model and had been opened. In all I waited 30 minutes, counting the time that I had to stand in the Customer Service line to receive a credit. I told the clerk that I wanted to speak to the Manager, she said she was the Manager. One week before Christmas why is Fred Meyer designating a grocery checker as the Manager? I don't understand why they took the product out of the box, forced me to take a coupon to checkout, spent over 15 minutes in the back figuring out that they didn't have any more. This experience simply confirms to me why I rarely shop at Fred Meyer--NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Fred Meyer, Wasilla, AK....Customer service in the electronics department is non existent. The gentleman that is 60+ years has no idea about anything. When asked if there were any mini nes consoles, a blank look came over his face. No direction on where they could possibly be. No search to see if there were any in stock. (A little upset that he did not even attempt to look for the item as I was just at the Palmer store and they called over to see if there were any at this location. There were four which showed to be at the Wasilla store)The only thing I saw him do was check customers out at the register.

I have been a Fred Meyer customer for more than 40 years.

The following incident is not acceptable to me.

" She then walked off and shortly later she came back with a white male that I assumed was her supervisor. I told him that the employee (AJ written on her name tag) had refused to check me out because after she asked me if I was on the force, and when I told her I was a cop, she refused to check me out. He looked at her and said "You have to check out all customers."



I began to tell him I didn't appreciate being asked what I do for a living period no matter what kind of shirt I was wearing, because it is not her business. I told him that this kind of behavior is unacceptable for any customer to be treated in this manner. I asked him if he would continue to allow her to treat customers like that as she stood there smirking as if nothing would be done. I said, if you condone this kind of behavior and discrimination I'm sure the media would love to know how you allow employees to treat customers this way for wearing a police supporting shirt and being a police officer.



He replied, well that's not nice to threaten me to call the media and I guess I'll just call Cooper. I told him that he could call whoever he wanted because I did not work for Cooper. He began telling me that she explained to him that she had problems with the police. I stated to him that apparently I would not be the only person wearing a shirt supporting police or a police officer that came into the store. I stated that she was an embarrassment to the store treat people that way. I also told him that he, as a manager, should be embarrassed for the poor job at making not making an attempt to correct the situation that he, himself, was an embarrassment to Kroger's. I told him that I refused to come back to the store and left my groceries where they laid after she stated she could not check me out. I then left, and will refuse to ever shop at the store from this point on account of this incident.



I have been a customer there for more than 15 years but this is unacceptable to be treated that way no matter what your profession may be nor should it be acceptable to be asked what you do based on their opinions of that profession.



At Blue Lives Matter, it's our general policy to wait for the company to response before publishing stories about an officer being refused service. Unfortunately, it appears that a response may not be forthcoming. After complaining, Pfc. Sabrina Farace advised that she did receive a phone call from a Kroger corporate manager who asked her what had happened. After being told the story, the manger said that he would call her back in a day or so. It has now been almost two weeks since this incident occurred and she still has not received a response.



If I do not receive proof that the Kroger management has taken care of these problem employees I will not be returning to your stores.

For everyone's information that has been wronged by the Fred Myers corporation, just know that some of us out there "that had also been robbed by them" that take it in our own HANDS. And in this case two wrongs DO make a right. I am one who let's say gets even with good old Freddys. And always brings a smile to my face when I can have no cash on me and all I need to do is just go to Fred Myers find a cash receipt and I will leave the rest up to your imagination. I always leave with at least $40 to $120 dollars cash. And yes I have delt with the legal aftermath of it before and still will always do it again. So thank you Fred Meyers for creating so many grudges out there, nice knowing that your paying out the butt for merchandise that had never been paid for in the first place. GOOD DAY P.O.S

We were in Fred Meyers today Anne checked us out we usually love going through Tamera. line she was off.tamara Is our favorite she provides Careing customer service! She has such a welcoming attitude Freddy's need more of Tamara's. Maybe you can clone her.i have read Freddy's comments not to good I promise if you had more of Tamera you would have a 5 star store. Today I got back from shopping at the Medford Oregon South store and I got home and discovered that some meats I purchased did not get bagged and put in my cart. I called the store and they said they couldn't find them, but to come down and they would figure it out. I went down and the meat was still not found. The food manager- Carol I think, was super. She walked with me to the meat department and had me select what was missing. Sh even had me take a more expensive package of steaks because the original was sold out. I am a big Freddy's Fan and will continue to shop there.

I love shopping at your stores. My gpaw took me to your store in Portland in the 1960's for the free cookies.Many good times! Now I'm old and set in my ways and have a hard time with life in general. Your Lakeway store in Bellingham wa is going to the crapper at a fast rate. Starting with the handicap parking spaces that are on the sidewalk, yea the sidewalk. We must walk in the street area to get past. Why would you pave the curb and expect that not to happen? The self check-out is great! The 2 girls working it not so much. Once I was trying to input my ID# and no luck so I called for the helper and was insulted. In a crappy tone she said are you sure that's your phone number? Yes since 1972. Well then keep on trying was her reply as she walked off. Well I never went to her lane again. Some weeks later I ask a helper how to fine something on the screen and she told me "this is a self check, if you're unable to use it you need to go to a regular check out" WTF did you just say?! Why are you here if you can't help me? I'm someone that has a lot of mental issues and hate talking to people some days. Some days it takes me 2-3 hours just to get up the energy to think about leaving my property. Some days the pills don't work and I feel really bad and can't take any hits. Please inform your people that being polite is a good thing.Telling a screwed up vet he is somewhat stupid is not something one wants to keep on doing. I've had nothing but problems from these two girls. I feel they make me get upset by doing something to my machine with some hand held device to watch me freak out. Not cool man. not cool. If they make me go off on someone I can assure you a lawsuit will follow. Please stop screwing with people like me. Maybe if someone cant say something nice or nothing at all,perhaps dealing with the public is not the best job for them.

I had the pleasure of dealing withJJ Ortiz watch repair at the Johnson Creek FM. I don't know what they pay him, but it isn't enough. He is the most effective,knowledgable,friendly,skilled gentleman I have ever dealt with in my search around watch repair shops and jewelers. Bravo Mr Ortiz

At least two of the reviews under negative are actually positive.

I think that the stores must have different policies because I have only had wonderful experiences with Fred Meyer. I have only known one check out person who I didn't like and I've been shopping for years. They are always friendly. Employees who have been there a while recognize me. I have returned items I bought months before. I've returned items without tags. I've twice returned handbags without tags that had been used nonstop for a couple of months that had some stitching coming out. The main pharmacist knows me and my teens by name, even when the kid hasn't been there in months. I have nothing but good to say about Fred Meyer. I have had different experiences with other Freddie's stores but they've always been good. I never even have to use a receipt now because I use my customer rewards card and they can look it up. With that, I get anywhere from $7 to $21 back every three months.

Fred Meyer is my favorite store.
