I placed an order on line last Thursday the 14th and the money was taken from my account but I haven't received any kind of email about it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now it won't be here on time. Please contact me so we can get this resolved.

My visa was fraudulently charged $150 for a purchase I never made. Since 10/23/17, I have been writing through the proper channels and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. THIS IS FRAUD.Now it's time to make Etsy' s social media aware of this stink.

Many frustrating attempts to contact help through after trying computer.d nearly as harshly as I. Kindly call to discuss and help. I have already spoken to several reps and was told it could not be changed-basically to get over it etc. I was off etsy for last year due to severe auto accident in Jan. then back surgery last Nov. Not looking for commiseration, only fairness and clarity if I am to continue with Etsy. I have many vtg dolls and items but am holding off at this point in time. Thank you.

Ordered antique red truck had. Y name on the post but did not have my card. Contacted supplier three times no satisfaction then I see sold on post. Again contacted supplier gave up did want the red antique truck pick up. Oh well no more

I love Etsy, have ordered several things and been very satisfied. I am trying to order something & it says my account has been suspended. I have absolutely no idea why. I to have many many attempts to contact them by e-mail. They say they get get back to you in 24 hrs. It's been almost 2 months and I have not received any e-mails. I to would like to have a actual customer service number where you could talk to a real person!

At this point I am SO upset with Etsy...for over a week or two I have been trying to buy some crystals...I have successfully bought before. Each time I try... I am blocked by messages saying that I already have an account...but they deny every single password that I have had...even my Facebook password. This is SOOO frustrating that I have been tempted to put a Post on Facebook to write a negative review, but I decided to try again. the way...each time they say they will send me an e-mail with a new attempt at a password...I never receive one, and I have tried numerous times. I have always in the past enjoyed shopping on Etsy and I would prefer to continue. Please help me.
