I never ordered a magazine. Stop sending me invoices!!!!? Cancel this ACCT # 1548019734 / Donna Bakst. CANCEL!!!! This is the 3rd magazine you said I ordered. STOP

Esquire confirmed a subscription for me when I never actually ordered one. I tried emailing them to the email THEY provided, it wasn't delivered. I went on their website and using the account number they gave me on the bill I never agreed to, I cancelled the subscription I never actually asked for. This company is a giant sham and they should be ashamed of themselves. I've printed all my documents proving I have repeatedly asked them to leave me alone and I'm mailing it back to them using the envelope they provided in the bill.

ONE BIG SCAM! Never ordered this magazine. Had one copy delivered in July Sent it back return to sender, now they are harrassing me for $15.00. Its not the amount of money they are asking for that bothered me and I'm sure many people cave in and just send them the money just to stop the harassment, but I refuse to submit to their scam. Impossible to get help!

I have received a copy of Esquire in the mail. I have NOT ordered the magazine. So far, have not been able to reach a real person to find out how this subscription came about and whether I am about to be billed!

We know from bitter experience there are huge and horrible magazine scams out there including one called Ultimate Daily Savings. Maybe this is another?

Entered a contest to win a car and along with that there was a 4 issue trial period. Prior to getting issue one I got 3 bills. I called Hearst Publications in NYC. I told the woman on the phone what I needed. She was going to give me a toll free number and when I asked her to give me a few seconds she started to rattle off the number. I asked to wait till I got a pen and she retorted by telling me she had other calls coming in and hung up on me.
I went back to Google to see if there was a direct number and i fund it on this site. I called it and waited to get through the automated system to get a human. Once i did I got a very nice and pleasant woman who took my info and canceled the subscription. So what started out bad turned good.

Esquire's automatic renewal is a total ripoff !!!!! Prices are much higher than you could get same subscription elsewhere. I sent them a check for the amount I could get the subscription elsewhere along with a note explaining where I saw the other available price and how many issues it was for. They cashed my check and only sent me half the issues. When I spoke with their manager Larry at 800-888-5400, he says they only use machines to process payments, no one reads anything. He refused to do anything about the situation. They also are billing me again in May for a subscription that doesn't run out until October. They have left me a very dissatisfied customer. DO NOT USE THEIR AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SERVICE!!! It's really expensive!!!!

Esquire's automatic renewal is twice the price I can get their magazine for elsewhere. I never requested the automatic renewal. I sent them a payment with a note that I could get the magazine for the price I was sending the check for. Instead, they gave me half the number of issues. It turns out no human beings read anything. A machine processes it and that's it as far as they're concerned.When I spoke with their manager Larry at 800-888-5400, he refused to give me the proper amount of issues, said he couldn't do a thing about it, and wouldn't credit me for the other issues. I am a very dissatisfied reader. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FROM THEM!!!!!! It's way expensive and they're ripping you off. (Also, they ask for payment months in advance. I just received a bill in May for a subscription that runs through October!!!!)
