Their online system is TERRIBLE - it consistently locks you out of your account forcing you to be humiliated by their extremely unprofessional customer service department.
Of course NO ONE at Eastern Bank takes responsibility for their employees - since there's no way to track who deals with whom, CSRs are COMPLETELY FREE to treat customers rudely. If you call back to complain they ask you who you spoke to, then tell you that no one by that name works there.
Isn't that CONVENIENT?
