Thank you for covering the gymnast abuse story. The news coverage by ESPN made most of us realize that it wasn't just elite Olympic gymnast that were impacted. It was over a 150 girls over 20 years. That is just awful.

Your follow up of the people who enabled his actions has started to see important action with the resignation today.

Again, thank you for doing good journalism when the rest of the media was fairly silent. Your live coverage of the courtroom was heartbreaking, but so important for our nation. As Big 10 fan, this is our second blemish of abuse of children. We as a conference and as a nation must take corrective actions. Your coverage is important, so we are not attempted to sweep it under the rug again.

Finally, thank you for 30 for 30 for taking the long approach and not forgetting the human side of this tragedy.

THIS year ESPN has went to a new Customer "NO" Service policy. NO ONE can or will answer any questions and only refer you to the FAQ page. WHAT happens when something happens NOT covered by the FAQ. Case in point We are in the middle of our playoffs. Week #1 saw Team Blue and Team Yellow advance via the best records Bye. Team RED played team Green in one of the week #1 playoff games. Team Red originally got beat and team Green was advance to round #2. Now after week 32 playoff games have already STARTED ESPN makes scoring adjustment and it turns out RED team ended up winning and SHOULD of advanced instead of Green... At the end of week #2 RED team scored more than any other team so that means RED WOULD of beat any team they were matched up against would they have been correctly advanced. After repeated calls all anyone does is refer me to the FAQ page. NO where does it say what to do when ESPN screws everything up. TO make matters worse we are a MONEY league where the winner and runner up both get a nice sum of money. SO RED team is upset because he was excluded and now he rightfully should be in the final match-up and guaranteed money.
ALSO ESPN has gone to having a system so folks CAN play for money; yet they screw up in situations like this; make screw ups and the hide behind a FAQ board. I CAN see errors getting made and stats being corrected; but in ANY and ALL cases EVERY correction should be made before the first game of the following week kicks off... If you can't make corrections in a timely manner - just let stand what shows and don't create these issues.
Needless to say ESPN WANTS people to pay to get the "IN"sider info; but with worse and worse customer service and now NO customer service; I see people leaving in large masses and LESS people even using ESPN as their FFL game site.

Not being able to talk to a person sucks. That blinking ad at the bottom of the page sucks and I know you are aware of this because I have seen complaints about it since it started.Gonna go elsewhere next year. Why would you ask below about friendliness when you made it impossible to speak to a person.

I wanted to change the format of the playoffs in an ESPN 12 team Fantasy league. All I could find was FAQ's and no live tech support. I have now messed up the entire league standings because I can't get any live assistance from a billion dollar company. Please provide live tech support for my fantasy league to help me fix this mess! For all the money you make each year off of football you could at least ensure that the experience is a good one for those that have selected your FFL Site.

I subscribed for one year and have never gotten access to the Insider which I want. YOur system is so security tight that I can't access ESPN even though I paid you directly and I subscribe via SLING on my ROKU. However I get the MAGAZINE WHICH I HATE. I never wanted it and I don't want you to keep killing trees to print outdate info. I can't get a real person on the phone from customer service. So bottom line - nothing from ESPN yet I just saw a $86 payment that I didn't authorize. I would send an ESPN number from the magazine label but there are four and have no idea what is relevent. I am old and want my money back.

NOTE. ESPN IS LOSING CUSOMERS BECAUSE YTOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR NON CABLE SUBSCRIBERS AND MAKE IT SO SECURITY TIGHT AN OLD GUY LIKE ME IS LOCKED OUT!

I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY RETURNED OR AT LEAST I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO LOG IN GTO WHAT I PAID FOR.

SHAME ON YOUR CONSUMER UNFRIENDLY SERVICE.

I just had a problem accessing Insider via Mobile. It ended up taking 3 months to resolve, as:
1. No one seems to work the phones for them. I waited on hold for almost an hour 3 times and had to give up each time.
2. Their online forms are quirky. Several times, the page refreshed and erased everything. 3 other times, the service did not accept my message because they claimed that I was a 'bot.' Really?
3. Even when you do get to them, they are useless. When I finally got an online form in, the person responded and said that she couldn't help me with the information provided and gave the dial in number (see point 1 above). On another occasion, the person just gave up - this really wasn't hard!

I really can't explain the ineptitude, but it is just sad.

I've been on hold for over 50 minutes trying to get help to change a setting in my fantasy football league. I'd do it myself, but I'm locked out of that particular change, and the box says I need customer care to make the change for me. Ridiculous that it's even possible to be on hold for this long.

I was trying to get ESPN 3. I currently get all the ESPNs through Direct TV. Called 3 times no one ever answered! This is horrible! Typical American company! Take your money but could care less about the end consumer. It's all about how you can line your pockets with cash! Greed, greed, greed........ Then you run to Wall Street talking about how great you are are and how your profits are so good! Virtually all American companies suck!!!!!!! You are right there with them! Thanks for listening!

First do you have customer service? ?? Waited over a half hour on hold and still no one. Very poor and it literally sucks. What a joke

ESPN did an excellent job on the Opening Ceremony for Special Olympics World Games in LA.

But they really missed the boat on only doing 30 minutes a day of the events. And I understand they will not even cover the Closing Ceremony. Very disappointed.

Thank You,

McHenry---need to go...be fired!! She is a disgusting human being. I will never watch ESPN if she stays (I am a woman). How dare her speak to a person like that. She is so full of herself, so pompous. She may have ESPN fooled, but the public knows "trash" when they see it!!!!!

The new format does not match up as well as your original!! As others have indicated, Its a lot of wasted space!! Its not as efficient to navigate!! I am a insider and I am very disappointed.
Consider getting your format back on track!!!

Why do u always cheat the female tennis players out of tv coverage? The men play more games than the women and you always cover the women when they are just about done. SEXIST and AGGRAVATING!!!!
