I have requested a phone call from someone of authority from Direct Buy several times ..... the closing of so many of your locations without notice and no promise of another one being open nearby is appalling and unprofessional.

We paid thousands of dollars based on your promotion of close shopping and personal service.... you no longer provide this. Please send to us half of the registration fee we paid you. If not, perhaps it's time for ALL your customers to combine efforts against your company.



I expect a call within 48 hours .....

The handle fell off my 13 month old Whirlpool refrigerator. Both Whirlpool and Direct Buy say it is my responsibility to fix it. I just received my DB membership renewal.

I am tired of your harassment. Stop with the content sales calls. When a person ask you to stop calling and to be put on your do not call list that should stop the calls. Maybe more people should join the lawsuit against you over phone harassment.
