This is my twice to give feedback. I hope to received an urgent response for my complaint.
My unit was surrender last july 2014, for replacement of battery. I just wants to know if how long it will take to request the battery? Months or years. Its more than a year but still my unit was still there in your branch. Is my unit still ok ba. No updates from your branch? Txt nor call no one take an initiative to do that. How sure i am that your branch was not stopping to ordr the battery all i knw as long u sell a unit u should have a parts available anytime. Or the branch was pabaya since im not updating? Who among us will be the responsible on updating ba? THe customer or the branch? Is my unit ba ok pa aftr 1yr na nasa branch nyo?

Please make sure to update me and make sure also that my unit will still functional and with good condition. The branch was robinson bacolod.
