Rebecca at the drive thru window was very snotty. The restaurant at Broadway and Dartmouth in Denver area treats there customers poorly. I suggested they put someone on the drive thru microphone that spoke English. The lady taking orders spoke in an Asian accent that was difficult to understand. She also got my order wrong. I was called a very rude lady for mentioning this. The manager agreed with Rebecca that she had the right to call me a rude person. The manager was not willing to accept any type of suggestion. The manager seemed amused i'd called and asked what else he could help me with. I told him Rebecca should be fired. He laughingly told me that wasn't going to happen. I did not know that chik fil A employees could smart mouth customers and be supported by management. WOW!!

Hi, I've been going to the one in La Plata for years & always been treated like I'm garbage by the employees in the drive through. I will no longer go to that location ever again cause of there attitude towards me, every single time. I will also wanted to let you know that they always troll me when I'm ordering my food.I feel very disturbed by there haynes comments and did I memtion it happens all the time.

what started out as a missing kids meal, has now turned into a compeltely disgusted customer expereience. i have left 3 voice messages at the store and no one returned my call. talked to, on 3 separate occasions the customer help line and was assured that the owner would return my calls and NOTHING. in addition I have no follow up, either calls or emails from CUSTOMER SERVICE. so what is my next course of action? will someone contact me? i am appalled at this service from the store all the way thru my calls to customer service. 24 hours until I file formal complaint. this is ridiculous, not even the store will call me back.

I went to the Reasturant in Stockton, Ca. Located on pacific avenue. I asked for an pint of ice cream which I have ordered at
Other Chick-fil-A before. The manager told me they do not
Have that item, I mention that there should be consistency
In the business. She was not listening and chose not
To even try to look if the company has that item on the menu.
As a customer, I left the business and went to the Sacramento
Store, please train staff to ensure consistency.

Found customer service at this Chick-fil-A disgusting my order was wrong the girl didn't understand the menu she didn't seem to understand English it's Chick-fil-A I 635 and MacArthur FSU #00529 Irving Texas order number on 1/16/2017 Carry out I ordered a number one no pickles with a superfood salad I got french fries. No I am not happy with the fact that you couldn't take my order took forever to get it taken! She didn't know the menu or how to work the cash register more than displeased and threw away your french fries and say thank you but for what call the number on the ticket they never answered

I was in line my order was already put in. In the other line this truck comes up and before I knew it Karey said you are after the truck. I asked why I was in line before him. She said the othet cashier printed his receipt before mine. I said that was unfair she said that's how it is done. Well as I was going through the line. They took the car behind me their food. I was waiting behind the truck. Than they brought me my food. Well I still had to wait until the truck got their food now my food is getting cold because I am waiting to go and can't..if I sent through the line before the truck I wouldn't have to wait. I will NEVER COME BACK TO CHICK-FIL-A.if you are in line don't have someone before anyone.

Please help the Vestavia Hills, AL store. They need to be trained by the manager at the Hoover Store. It's not rocket science that the line is not moving, the manager just stands there with an open bag and no one notices you at the counter and 6 employees are eating together on break!!

My wife and I dine @ Chick-fil-A on DeZavala Road, San Antonio, TX on 12/15/16 where we eat very often because my wife likes Cob Salad w/ unsweetened ice tea and I order Chicken salad sandwich combo w/ unsweetened ice tea. I have been using a Chick-fil-A expire coupons where I receive free Chick-fil-A sandwich. Well this time the Chick-fil-A employee that took my order said she cannot except the expired Chick-fil-A coupon. My answer was WHAT!!!
I asked for the manager and employee brought over Mrs Atkinson and she said - she was manager - and that Chick-fil-A was not excepting Chick-fil-A expired coupons for the past year only digital ones. I told her I been using these Chick-fil-A coupons for this past year - many times and understand Chick-fil-A policy is to except any ligament coupon as long not reprint. Manger copped an attitude when I told her that I was going to write up the incident. I am getting mixed messages about Chick-fil-A coupons. The Chick-fil-A store should at least implement some basic training how to handle coupons especially when the store name is on the Chick-fil-A coupon. I see on my receipt there is a web survey, if completed with-in two days, can receive a free chicken sandwich, I wonder if the Chick-fil-A store will honor the deal. For information - other fast food restaurants give a discount to veterans with valid military ID card. Would be nice for the Chick-fil-A management of the store or the Chick-fil-A corporate to get in touch with me and resolve this issue.

I have live in Olathe and Overland Park in Kansas and the chicken fil a there were super educated people always smiling & helpful doing all sorts of events spending money to reach the community. Now I live in PA near Plymouth Meeting and they are rude not nice at all no interesting events for the customers and I miss a lot the words of Olathe (KS) It is my pleasure. ....and it was indeed a pleasure

I recently ate at the Chick-Fil-A at Southern Hills Drive in Roanoke, VA. The guy who helped me was named Teddy. He was rude and had a nasty attitude. I don't usually complain but I know your customer service is supposed to be much better than I received.

The Chick-fil-A store in Farmington Utah forgot to put fries in my kids mill and when I got home obviously my kids were upset. It was too far to drive to go back and get the fries. I tried to call the store and the phone rang and rang no answer.

The Chic-fil-a located in the Fountains of Miramar has got to be the most disappointing and annoying location the franchise owns. The team is made up of fast and efficient employees who are usually very nice to the customers. However, on three separate occasions they have completely messed up my order, causing me to call and complain and on some instances drive back to have my order fixed. The worst part is, nobody takes accountability for their actions because twice I was told by two separate employees that it was not their fault but their "sisters" fault, as if I hadn't read the name tag the first time around. They mess up your order, jerk you around, make far fetched excuses and it has got to stop. I understand that mistakes are made, but three times is enough especially if the mistakes are avoidable. Never never going back there again, I rather drive a while longer to the other nearest location rather than going back there. They have a bunch of teenagers who pay more attention to their phones and each other than the paying guests.

Location: 1.96 miles, 11558 Bandera Rd.,San Antonio, TX 78250. Customer Care line gives excuses for poorly trained employees. A new employee should never say they do not have a good product without checking first. Too many people behind counter for such poor service. Employees/manager appear to be more concerned about employee/employee relations vs customer service. I asked for regional info, obvious customer care is either new or trained to get customers off line ASAP. I've worked in customer service positions as well as taught. This location needs sincere updating and training or it will become another McDonalds. I had to wait behind cars in (2nd) drive thru line in order to exit. I'm confused as to why since this location just remodeled parking lot (store was not busy). Questionable if I will return to this location. Chick Fila customer for past 34 years(moved from Florida, etc)

I love Chick-fil-A but I'm growing more and more concerned about the amount of time we have to wait to get products through the drive-thru maybe somebody needs to think about a different way to do it right now they have set up for one line but have two people standing outside taking orders today I went and it took me 20 minutes to go through the line and when I got up to the front then I had to wait about another 5 to 7 minutes when I asked the manager the problem he said we're cooking biscuits there's just gotta be a better way I love your product but I just don't even want to go there anymore because the line is so long and it takes such a long time to go through the drive-thru

Just left Chick-fil-A in Rehoboth Beach Delaware the owner of the company called me a jerk because I I was in the Drive-Thru line he told me about a minute to a minute-and-a-half on the chicken nuggets I told him I would wait I'm in a big large work truck F-350 with utility body there was no place to park he called me a jerk I got my food and left I don't think that was right the owner's name I believe is Zach Hayes

I visited a Chick Fil A today and had the worst Customer Service experience in my entire life. The server Ronald was disrespectful and cynical. Chick Fil A was one of my best fast food restaurants, but because of the long wait time at the drive through and the very very rude server. I will no longer patronize Chick Fil A

First of I LOVE Chic Fil A and have been supporting them since 1984. The service you receive is by far the best for any fast service restaurant. Knowing HQ is in Atlanta you would think their service in and around Atlanta would be exceptional. However, I was embarrassed at the location in Atlanta Airport in Concourse C across from C-22. The help was rude and did not show the same values that CFA has built there legacy around. I was truly disappointed.

Yes I have been to chickfila twice and gave feedback both times. I visited the one in Lafayette, IN as mom grandson goes to Purdue and likes there food. Both times I did survey and was not impressed. The first time the manager called and said vouchers were mailed to me but I never received. I tried contacting but never received a reply. Tbe next time a Wendy asked for restaurant address and I never heard anything. I do not plan on returning and find Culver's to be a 100 percent more pleasant

I was at one of your locations today Aug. 1, 2016 at store # 00362 at Lakeland, Fla. Square in Lakeland, Fla., owner or manager Justin Kranitz. I am very disappointed in the service I received today. On July 11, 2016 I purchased a grilled chicken sandwich and took the survey to receive a free sandwich.Well, my first one was a grilled chicken sandwich which cost $4.99. It was very good. I took the survey and went in today for my free one. I wanted another grilled sandwich but was told I could only get the regular one. I wanted to pay the difference but was told I could not do that as they had no way of ringing that up. I took the regular one which was very good. I go to a weight-loss meeting to loose weight and that's why I wanted mine grilled. I may go back again but have my doubts. You need to look into this and let me know what you can do about it. Thank you

The chic fil a in Lansdale pa. is horrible. Just seems like they don't care there. Several times did not receive the correct food or the food was just missing in the bag at drive thru. Last visit I was not given my 11$ back after I was hurried along. Brought this all to the managers attention when I had to go back inside for my money and she acted like it was no big deal and was just useless to talk to. Not to mention she looked about 12 with no management skills at all. I've been eating at chic fil a for twenty yrs. and it really seems like the bigger they get the worse service you get.

Went to your hapeville Ga location today purchase a spicy chicken on wheat & a side salad. When I bit into the sandwich I found myself chewing on something else ..when I spit it out I noticed plastic .. I pulled the reminder of my sandwich apart and took pictures .. Plastic Was fried into my sandwich I called your head quarters office. I was in drive thru when I made this purchase & had already left this location suppose to been going back to work

I was visiting recently at the Apopka Vineland ChicFilA near Kissimmee, FL.The dining room & store was clean & neat.

I have a concern about hair lengths of your cashiers. Does long braided hair hanging down have your approval? And is this the appearance you really want customers to see? Is it sanitary in regards to leaning over to prepare drinks & serve trays containing food? I also noticed one of their kitchen staff come to the front to get a drink & this person had the same long, unkempt hair that wasn't tied back. This person is preparing my food!? Really?

I've been I CFA customer for years. I support your views for closing on Sunday's to observe the sabbath. I highly approve of your courteous & neatly dressed employees...all EXCEPT this hair (or fake hair). Please readdress this in your training. Thank you.

My husband especially, along with myself, are really disappointed the Muscle Shoals, AL Chik-Fil-A has removed the slaw from their menu! Therefore, we rarely go anymore. However, today my grandson wanted to have lunch there so we went. I decided, since I could not have slaw with my sandwich, I would try their salad. Now they no longer have "Ranch Dressing" on their menu. So I ended up ordering their "Chicken Wrap" & to try try the honey mustard. Wasted money & wasted food! The waitress even mentioned they were planning to remove the chicken salad sandwich from the menu. Since we cannot order slaw & are not happy with any other option we are going to move our business elsewhere. We were thrilled the company opened in the Shoals. But, if we cannot order what we want, Chik-Fil-A is not doing us any good being so close.

Today had kunch at your Boise Idaho location. The paper carton had more flavor. My wife became ill due to your lack of quality. We will never favor your location again and will let our friends know as well. How can such a poor quality stay in business.

I believe chick-fil-a has the best customer service of all time. I have only ever had one bad experience at chick-fil-a and I eat there frequently. I always feel like the employees actually care and I feel great when they say "my pleasure." In my opinion they care about their customer service than any other fast food restaurant I've ever been to.

chick-fil-a is my favorite restaurant! Every single time I have ever been to chick-fil-a, they always treat me with the utmost respect, and I go at least 3 times a week. The fact that it doesn't have any positive comments is sad, so I felt that it was necessary to add my opinion. I LOVE CHICK-FIL-AAAA. They are always always respectful. Examples: Every time you say "Thank you" they always say "my pleasure." Every time you order they ask your name and address you by it when they bring your food. I really see that chick-fil-a employees make an effort to treat people with respect and more people should see that.

I had a job interview with Chick Fil A last Wednesday, I was very upset when one of the Managers Tim, South Ridge, Charleston WV, asked me if i had any "skeletons" I'm my closet!!!
