Complete joke and very regrettable purchase. Contradictory emails, ambiguous delivery method and erroneously set up product. Instead of receiving license electronically for speedy use of software (as indicated) wound up waiting on a physical copy. Poor cancellation system and prohibitive return structure ensure you are locked in for the very poor ride. Seriously worth avoiding this distributor.

it was really big headache & annoying experience to do business with CDW. I have no idea what's the case either this company has hired the bunch of lazy or idiot people. Customer services manager even have no polite skills, they speak to the customers as they are doing them favor....damn it the worst customer services i have ever seen. They force customers to pay the way they want. i told the manager that i wanna lodge a complain & he deny me to transfer to any one else as he is the BIG Boss at the end to someone he just transferred my call with "AND BYE" & that person did not answer or returned the call up to yet.
