Do Not Go with Broadview security (ADT). I had a break in. My alaram went off but by the time Broadview called me the police was already at my house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if i would not have called the police myself who knows if i would be here to write this!!!!!!!!!!!! Please think before you go with this company.

Broadview/ADT has the worst customer service. Do not go with this company. Also they will put you under contract so you will have stay with them for 2 to 3 years bad decision. Try Silent Sentry Security its way cheaper than ADT.

This company is horrible. One and half years after installing security alarm in my home and getting check from me for registering my alarm with my County False alarm detection unit, i came to know from my county that my home alarm is not registered with them. On alarmed emergency Police will not appear to my home unless I pay fine of $50 for a visit since my home alarm is not registered. This company keep cheated me saying my home alarm is registered with my county all the time. After i found out this straight from the Police, when i called the company they said they will investigate on this. Multiple calls made to them and past 1.5 months they are saying the same thing. Beware of this company. Needless to say i have to pay the fine to my county for not being registered.

Broadview Security has the worst customer service out of any company I have ever dealt with in the last 40 years ---everyone is rude and unhelpful and the management is incompetent.

Amazing how they do not crumble. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BROADVIEW
