I am writing to state I am VERY dissatisfied with the delivery and assembly of my unit

Very happy with the unit and the speed in which it was shipped BUT....

The group that was contracted for the assembly has not been responsive or accommodating
I have contacted them several times and I still have not received a update on a time for assembly for the unit which was delivered last Friday.
I thought the delivery people would set it up- not knowing there is a contracted company
The delivery company left the item in front of my house and I had to carry both heavy units up a flight of stairs
The cost of the assembly was not inexpensive and what I have gotten for this has been extremely disappointing-so far I would not recommend this to anybody

HORRIBLE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. Purchased a bowflex max trainer and was broke down within 6-7 weeks. They would not send out a tech and tried to diagnose over the phone. Then lied to me, saying a part was on back order. Called again and they said they had the part. Called again and ask about the parts because they only had sent confirmation for one or two them. I was told that they probably were coming from different warehouses. ANOTHER LIE. Sent me 3 parts from the same warehouse and shipped them all separately and on different dates. Called to set appointment for tech to come and was told it could take 10 business days to send one out. Tech shows up today and guess still doesn't work. Now they tell me these are in such demand that the parts are on back order and estimated 30-45 day wait which is the same waiting period if you purchase one today. REALLY, its been over a month now. I asked them why do I have to wait the same as new purchase. They said that they have no control over orders. So I asked them to intercept one when it came in. Once again, they don't have control over that. Who in their right mind would believe that if they are shipping new orders on daily or weekly basis that someone could not get the part that is needed. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. If I decide to wait this out, then that machine will have been broken down for 2 1/2 months. Asked them why are they putting new orders in front of current customers who have not been able to use their own machines for a month. They said they weren't doing that. Then why will it take me the same length of time to get my part as it does if someone ordered a new machine today. DEAD SILENCE. Appears all that they care about is making a sale. So pathetic.............I will never buy anything from them again

I am a 52 year old woman who has been driving for my area school district for eighteen years. Over the years I have gain over seventy pounds due to inactively I use to enjoy working out but over the years of sitting and driving all day I have become too tired to go to a gym. I am at a place where I need to regain my health. I have high blood pressure ulcers and some form of arthritis. I have been attracted to the treadclimber for some time now. But it is too expensive for a bus driver wages. I am asking if there is a way that it could be more affordable to people who is a public service worker and don't have high wages to keep up with their health. Sometimes I be so sore from sitting in the driver position I just want to walk . Can you please help with a solution to my problem ?

I am dissatisfied with my TC5. The belts have been changed twice. The machine is still doing the same thing. The belts are being shredded to threads. The tech first informed me that there was a problem with tof my floor, which proved incorrect. I had an appointment today to have the belts changed again but because of a scheduling problem, the tech did not make it. He was courteous enough to call. Since he was familiar with the problem, he suggested a solution which include a new part which he needed to discuss with his office. This machine has not been fully beneficial to me since I purchased. My understanding that this is a common problem with this machine. After my warranty expires, I do not want to be stuck with a $1000.00 plus machine that is useless. Can someone assist me in either in replacing this machine or repairing. I purchased this machine from Bowflex in good faith not from Nordic Svc. Please make this purchase valid.
Thank you

bought a bowflex 3000 machine which arrived quickly. we found we needed more guidlance for the exercises so ordered a DVD Jan.10 over #50.00 still havent received it. Phoned the 1-800 #, left on hold for many minutes without talking to anyone. Wrote an email early this morning and have not received a reply.

All this company cares about is getting you to sign off on payments. Beyond that, they don't give a sh*t about you. Two of the rods on my bowflex broke, and the "life time warranty" they advocate for is a joke. There are so many loop holes, they most likely will never refund you or replace broken parts. Besides that, they make it very difficult to get through to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Left me on hold and never came back...after 24 minutes

I was on hold and got disconnected This was my second call to customer service!! What is most shocking is that the rep has not called me back after being on the phone for 34.43 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I was waiting for an assembly team credit and fed-ex prepaid return stickers for a bow flex TC5 that has been sitting in my house since 2 weeks before Christmas. Are you people intentionally trying to have my 6 weeks run out on a lemon??????????? 2 missed appointments by the first assembly team the second team cant get this machine to work the machine turns out to be a lemon and after two trips out to my house the machine still doesn't work !!!!!! Now I have been disconnected on the phone with none of my credit information UGH I am currently on hold again for the third time BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I"ve owned my Bowflex Max Trainer for about 5 months. I didn't buy it to burn calories but to strengthen my upper body.
I'm disabled after many joint surgeries and my upper body strength was diminishing. Since I can't raise my arms over my head without problems, I needed a machine that could provide upper back and arm strengthening. I have to say, my upper body strength is greatly improved and it doesn't stop there. It's also helping tone my lower body as well.
I love this machine. I can't do a 14 min.workout but if I can do 4-5 2 minute workouts everyday, I'm good. Can't thank you enough.
