I placed an order for a blender on the Blendtec site. They charged my card twice and have not record of my order. I've been on the phone for over 30 minutes 4 times and I still can't talk to anyone. I've emailed and got a response that said they saw where I placed the order on line but have no record of my order and that I should wait a few days. I asked a few more questions but have not heard back to my email and its been over 48 hours. If this is what their customer service is like, I don't want a bledtec blender anymore.
