Bill me later never responds to any inquiry I have ever made. they are useless in the customer service department.

I used the service having never read in detail the ad to which I was responding. I interpreted the ad as saying "no payments, no interest for six months". I made two small purchases with a balance of about thirty dollars. I couldn't get on the account and the people to whom I talked on the phone seemed unable to help; it took several calls before I finally found a useful individual. In the meantime, I have been charged $30.00 per month late fees plus a high interest charge. I cannot go back and read last year;s advertisements but, clearly, I would never have agreed to 100% interest per month in penalties plus a very high interest rate. I have tried to cancel the account several times by email and telephone unsuccessfully.
Clearly, I have a very negative impression of this operation.

I have emailed bill me later twice and have not got a response. It has been about 5 days. I called paypal for help and They had fixed an issue with payment after 20 minutes and being transferred 3 times [but thats paypal not bill me later]
