My daughter and I were shopping in the Canton location located in Maryland. Well lite, bright and found all we were seeking. Problem came when we went to self checkout. White female abruptly came up to us with a scanner grabbing the items out of the cart. Then a white couple came up and nothing, next a Black couple came and she almost ran over, did as she did to my daughter and me. Totally unprofessional. She act as if we would not scan our items and stayed until we actually paid

I was at the BJ's in Millsboro De and I was going to buy the baked Brie however it did not have pricing available and when I asked the women who handled the Cheese she remarked that someone moved her tags and she did not have a gun to scan and she showed no sign of helping me and was rude. She said it would scan at checkout however I wanted to know before I got there..

Ths BJ'S I use is mostly in Rotterdam NY. You have driving carts for customer use, yet there are wheel chairs, floor mopping machines, kiddie carts all blocking the carts we handicapped people use. Why pretend you care about us? It seems to be all for show. It is tight in there without all the junk parked in front. I told management thete he apologized and said he would clean it up. He did nothing. I had told him I will give you my complaint once and then I contact corporate. I am hoping corporate will take care of this. I really like some things your stote has, but not sure the inconvenence is worth it. The carts in front are used because you can't get to the others. The store foe5s not rotate them so they frequently die. I had one die in the store. Manager had another brought to me and it died in parking lot.

I had a couple of comments about your watchung,nj store..I was sent a e-mail about the fact that someone would get back to me in 48 hours.well as I expected noone bothered to call me.this is what I expect from your company, in the old days when I first belonged it was a pleasure going to your store but now not so.

Your Clermont, FL store has gone to the way of WalMart if you are lucky, most likely worse. I was harassed by a male and female customer so went to see store manager named Matthew. What a joke. He called me high school even though I am retirement age and said he doesn't listen to "he said she said" stories. He informed me that the police would do nothing if I contacted them and I thanked Matthew for his information even though I went to law school. That's why Matthew works at BJs. If an environment is uncomfortable or perceived threatening I do not shop there. If BJs had a legitimate working corporate office I would have contacted it. But the number on their website of course doesn't work. Even the harrasser's casher got her nose into what was going on instead of doing what BJs hired her to do. OMG. BJs has no respect or concern for its customers and Matthew the Manager of world class knowledge told me not to contact the corporate office as it would be a problem for him. So sorry Matthew but I am trying to contact the Management at BJs but like hundreds of other badly treated customer, I simply cant locate the corporate office. Now what a surprise that is.

On November 12, 2016 at 6:35 PM, I experience one of the worst encounter with a female employee manning your Langhorne, PA Gas Station. I have been a member for over tens years and I have never encounter a more disrespectful employee. The transaction started as followed, I pull up to fill my MDX gas tank and while the gas was pumping I decided to wash my outside windows. Your employee came out of the booth and informed me that I need to watch the pump and stand on the other side instead of cleaning my windows. I told the attendant that I know how gas my vechile takes to fill up. The most disturbing part of the dialogue is everyone know the pumps automatically click off once filled. She did not have this conversation with any other customers. The attendant was racially motivated to tell me what to do. I think you need to find a better suited employee for this Station.

I was in bjs at parkland florida to buy cartoon of newport cigarette for resale.The sales person refused to pick the cigarette from the cage where customer not allowed to enter.when requested again she Susan
Rogh and loudly and very unprofessanly refused to help.Then I got the attention of another sales person by the name mohammed took care it.I live in the neighborhood . I having shopping for many years.I want the corporate will find this person whose name is SUSAN and take appropriate action

Good evening. just want to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service that I received from Kathy C and member services at the Clermont Florida office I found myself in a predicament and she was very compassionate very understanding very helpful although I was embarrassed she made me feel like this was something normal I so appreciate what she did I so appreciate the level of concern and compassion that she showed me and I just want her to be acknowledged for the exceptional customer service that she gave me today thank you

Your store in cumming Georgia lacks management training in certain areas. Family member is employed there and we are considering a harassment suit due to this problem. He has spoke with store manager who is right on point but lower management under minds and continues to harass not sure there is any other way

After having to file multiple complaints in the past regarding the LOW QUALITY SERVICE offered by BJS to its customers in the Deli section (STORE NO 179 - WEST KENDALL, MIAMI), I now believe there is reason behind this. It seems to be a perfectly orchestrated tactic used by BJS management to force its customers to buy their brand (Wellsley Farm), which is totally unethical and unprofessional. Most of the times I visit the store, there is only one person attending the deli, regardless of the number of customers waiting.
THE REASON FOR THIS: They have cut/ready to go items for those who do not want to wait and know that customers will most likely end up buying from this section as the expected waiting time is usually ridiculous.
THE CATCH: They only have items from their brand (Wellsley Farm) cut and ready to go.
In other words, customers have the following choices:
1) Wait a long time
2) Buy their brand (Wellsley Farm)
3) Go home without your groceries
4) Go shop somewhere else (Publix, Sedano, etc..), which is what I have had to do in the past.
I see it as a way of them penalizing customers who are not willing to consume their brand.

I paid for a Perks card and I am receiving the rewards. The person who took the money and told me that I now was a perks member obviously made a mistake, when I call BJ's to find out whats going on and what could be done, the representative was not helpful, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she disconnected the call once she figured out that she was not able to help me.
I have not been able to reach anyone else

BJ's should check the backround of it companies that are allow to solicit in your stores!! I had an estimate of a roof done July 18th by Power Home Improvements and to our dismay, not only did the representative want to give us a full presentation (which we did not want to hear, and did not hear to his disappointment) it took him 40 minutes to give an estimate... The estimate...$37,500.00 yes thats right....what a rip off !!! I feel sorry for those that think they are getting a bargain because this affiliate is selling home improvements.. Shame on BJs ...check the reviews on yelp and see what people are saying....They should not be soliciting to your members

Your company took money out of my account without prior authorization 30 days before the Bjs account exspirations and using a debit card that was deactivated. The explanation given by your customer service was that we hit some key in the self service lane 10 months ago that allowed your company to take the money using a debit card that was no longer in service. We were told it would take up to 10 days to give us our money back. This unexpected transaction has caused an overdraft on my checking account that we will now have pay a $35.00 fee for. We want our money back by Monday 6/6/2016 morning or we will be forced to cancel our account we have had with you for more than seven years..

I ordered prescription eyeglasses at bjs levittown new York for my husband 7 weeks ago and to this day there's no resolution. Very poor customer service. Will not shop their or renew my membership

Do not purchase any glasses from BJ's optical if you are in a hurry. It's going on 3 weeks and I still don't have my glasses. I can barely see and do you think that they will compensate me for time. By the time I get my glasses I'm going to need to go back to the doctor and will need a stronger prescription.

There is something going on with BJ's Comenity Master Card Program that eludes to the possibility of fraud. I always pay My BJ's MasterCard statement well before the due dates plus over pay the account each month to cover any future charges that I anticipate. My January statement indicated an ending credit balance of $70.60 and my beginning balance if February also indicated the same credit balance of $70.60. I made purchases during the month and ended up with a balance that is due on March 27, 2016. My statement indicated two finance charges posted on March 1 totaling $4.71. Sounds like the credit card company is trying to commit fraud by charging customers finance charges when they should not be charged. When I mentioned fraud to the Credit Card Company after they agreed to take the charges off of the account they quickly hung up and did not want to discuss further.

This comment is regarding the poor customer service and poor quality of the prescription sunglasses I purchased from the BJ"S club in College Point, Queens, NY
The glasses were purchased in August of 2014 for a total price of $154.00 and just
last Thursday, the stem on the glasses snapped off. The glasses were treated gently and always put back in their case, so I don't understand what happened.
When I appeared at the store I was told that there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. I was also told that the frames had been discontinued. (Gee, I wonder why)

I am quite upset about this situation and did a live chat with a wormannamed
Elizabeth who took down my complaint and forwarded it to the correct person.
I received a call from Mike but was not at home. When I called him back I got
his voice mail. I left a message and haven't heard back from him yet.

We are having a great amount of difficulty with scheduling Deliveries to your Wappingers Falls NY location. The woman who claims to be the recieving manager (Nichole) is virbaly abusive to my clerical staff that are trying to get your shippments appointed as well as the drivers that bring the freight on a regular basis. This has been going on for far to long she needs to be taught how to deal with her customers in a non condesending and positive manor. The local management has not been able to assist us in this matter either.

I took a friend to dinner at BJ's friday night 10/9/15 the waitress Ms. Chelsea Cooke was Outstanding and very knowledgeable and a real delight. The best service I ever had at BJ's. Chelsea was very helpful with us deciding on our meal an made subjection. well done Ms, Chelsea I will be back. Please let her know we took out the time to acknowledge her.

Hi, I just had Bjs for dinner with my friends.
Just felt so unwelcome from the host not asking how we were. Our first waitress was very sweet but once her shift was over the other waitress was very very rude kept rolling her eyes and showed very poor customer service. Even spitting the checks.I don't remember her name but I am very very sad this happened to us.

Husband and I visited Sat 12, service was very slow, when finally received order the chili was cold. Brought to their attention. After that we ordered pizookie and it was not cooked all the way. Very disappointing night.

Steve, the Merchandise Manager, in the Waldorf, MD store is one of the absolute best!!! He is the epitome of what every person who renders service to customers should be: attentive, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful with alacrity, willing to go above and beyond the basic call of duty, humble. He is truly a manager's manager!

I want to express my appreciation to Tom C. from BJ's Fair Oaks store in Fairfax, VA. It was a great experience meeting a staff who demonstrated a special talent to service BJ"s customers. Three days ago, I needed to clarify my membership status (having expired a month before) and get a good deal for future membership. Tom C. helped me with a positive and professional attitude. Congratulations to BJ's for having her.

My family and I went to BJ's in Chula Vista and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Danielle was training Angel and I wanted to compliment them on their excellent customer service. They weee very friendly and helpful and kept us in the loop on the status of our meal. My grandmothers burger was going to come out a little later and they were apologetic and took it off our bill. They went over and above to make sure we were taken care of and happy

My husband and I went to Bjs last night and the greatest experience ever . Our waitress Lindsey was amazing!! She was nice and helpful.I really enjoyed having her wait on us and seeing that she take pride in her job .

I have never had such fast and friendly help as I did with BJ's Member Support. They were able to assist me with very little questioning as to why I called and gave me the exact answer I needed. Seems other companies need to learn from the people that answer the phones for them. They know how to do the job right.
