Their phone wait times are so long. Every time I call, I'm on hold for 15 minutes just to refill a prescription or check the status of my application. They also make you listen to a recorded message before asking for a person to speak to. If I wanted a recorded message I would go on their website.
"Your calls are important to us" seems like a lie seeing as they must have 3 people answering calls. Hire more people please!
