Airtel is the wrost service provider among all the telecom service provider in delhi.
i have raised a complaint on 13th May 2016 regarding the network issue but tii 14th December 2016 they have only some words to say " Give us 7 Days", "Give us 48 to 72 Hours", "it will will resolve sortly".
they do not know how to resolve any issue.
i will not recommend any one to use Airtel.

Very bad service. Airtel is too stupid. Don't use the airtel. Just throw your sim out of

I still dont understand whom is to be contacted to change the registered mobile and registered email. I had contacted your service center, each time he will update it, and in next bill cycle you will send ebill to somebody else...



Pathetic experience...!. Next time if Airtel is available somewhere I will take the next service provider which will provide service because i dont have time to repeat the same procedure again & again

Airtel is now a days is one of the worst service provider in regard to Network connectivity, 3G data. In fact even after making so many complaints none has taken the greivances at priority.

Complaints are closed without resolving... its worst than any other services and there no respect to customers...talking like anything.when i called they are not even trying to solve and bluffing.They will tell call will be recorded, but not.

My frustration has crossed limits and lost all levels of patience due to the pathetic service of Airtel. Shouldn't we expect bare minimum voice and data connectivity being your customer. Please see my grievance below and hope at least you would help solving my problem.



I own three connections which are connected to smart phones of all brands Samsung, Lenovo, Nokia, and Xolo.



Call drops, one way connectivity, No signal, is a regular phenomenon. I am fed up of holding handset up in the hand as radio collar antenna running on terrace, stretch one hand outside window with hands free to talk and at mid night spend time on road to take calls.



I have been waiting for solution since more than a year, twice technicians surveyed my house and in turn I here response as regret and requesting for co-operation due to technical incapability as Airtel cannot solve this issue in near time in future. By the way I stay at Banashankari III stage which is heart of Bangalore City and not in any remote place or mid of forest .



My simple question is, If one of you have to suffer from above issues and undergo escalation from customers for not reachable or not connecting to conference calls or all of a sudden get vanished during discussion. Would you sustain this?.



Below are the complaint numbers with dates that I could track for your reference which are closed without resolution. Looking for a solution before thinking of porting to other service.



Note: Problem is not just at my residence it is across Bangalore. Need your intervention and attention.

irresponsible service i have ever seen. service department acts as airtel company director and doesnt gives respect to the customers. customers are king and knowledged than them. customers are not working for airtel. airtel service dept is working for customers. but the fact is they think the opposite way. i dont kow whats the point in recruiting some irresponsible idiots for their company especially in service who doesnt know anything about attending person in direct, how to assist them. customer care centre who attends calls are the worst person i have talked to. 0% knowledge, doesnt know how to speak to customers on call, no respect. having a hell time with airtel. i highly recommend other customers to change over to other networks which are doing a great job than airtel. worst experience.

I wanted to convert to postpaid connection from prepaid. My application got delayed for a month because of the following reasons. complained so many times but no action was taken.
1. poor sales personnel who doesnt know who should be enquired for verification.
2. Very poor response and false promises from customer service personnels.

Dear Sir,
I am a very old customer of airtel but the customer care are so rood and company with out any information cut the balance from my account. Kindly informed me this is my money or company money. If company required mony ask me we will provide but don't take robry type setvices. I am very afraid about company is going down and take this type action. So � sad

I am writing this because I couldnt wait again, patience has reached its limit. Very very awful service.The customer care is very irritating.They talk as if we have done all the mistakes.Even they have increased the service charge recently.What do they think of themselves.Just fooling the customers.

unlawful balance deduction.........I have never seen such a worst service....please stop your mean strategy to make fool to innocent customers. irritating AIRTEL.service tax has been increase thats why they r trying to fulfil their income more and more by unlawful balance deduction..even they r not agree to return balance.

Their service is one of the worst ever I have seen after reliance. But at least Reliance is cheap. These idiots charge a bomb and give the crappiest service you can imagine. Their customer care people are the most unfriendly you can talk to. They speak devoid of any manners, understanding and courtesy. Moreover, unlike other service providers, they don't even have any sort of feedback system.

Their servers are one of the worst for online recharging. Excepting a few times, I have never made a successful transaction on their website. They always take the payment, and after that say that the transaction has failed. Then they will first refuse to refund the money. After a lot of heckling and fighting, they will agree for the refund. But even after that it will take weeks for a refund while they sit on your money earning interest on it. Their website also displays false information in many places. DO NOT GO FOR AIRTEL.

Inspite of my repeated phone calls and followups once again Airtel has shown its real face.



How can they deduct the money of their own from my account to activitate the chanels which i had not asked for?!



Is it rude approach of Airtel?



I have been calling for many times, no response from Airtel customer service.



I have had the recorded evidence of their executivesâ??s discussion .



This time I am not going to leave this,go to consumer court and show the public how we should deal with air tel?

The service was excellent few years back now it's not that great but would say it's far better than any other telephone company I have used so far. Airtel just need to improve the customer service.

I got my worst experience today at Airtel Office on Zik Avenue, Awka Anambra State. I was greeted by a saucy gateman coupled with a nagging customer service attendant. The office was closed before 4p.m. without any notice at the entrance. My complaint was not attended to. Airtel Authoriries should exercise a total overhaul on the workers in this office. I work where customers are treated as Kings and Queens.I was turned down yesterday ) due to the fact that I got there after 4pm. for further investigation and clarification. I may publish this misconduct where nothing is done to rectify this lackadisical attitude of these staff members.

Good morning. I ve been calling the customer care service but no one is attending to me, Am not using the internet on my Nokia 302, except my whatsapp which I subscribed for, yet the way my creidit is been deducted daily annoyes meI have been calling for more than one week now, no one talks to me, what is the use of customer care service number when its not serving people? I like airtel network, and I don't want to regret it. Please I need a feedback as soon as possible. Thank you.

Am Esabu samuel i went to Airtel shop Shoprite Entebbe Rd,bought this new line, submitted my phone to this agent phone no,but only to my frustration up to now my number is not activated.i wonder whether activation process is selective or these agents just don't take care of what has been given to them..up to when am i supposed to wait

I am not able to talk to customercare executivess for last two weeks. Before two weeks i talk to the cust. care executive regarding the message that 750 mb at Rs. 25 only, 150 mb immeditly & 600 mb after 1 day. I rechraged that very day but I only got 150 mb. When I called up to ask regarding that cust. care exec. told me that she is transferring call to his senior but after that the phone cut & I am not able to communicate since then as if my number is blocked.

i have an airtel connection for the past one month an advertisement appears in my phoneAT -AIRINF stating i have been renwed for FESTIVAL PACK subscription and start deduction Rs,5.o I have never subscribed for this i do not why my number comes on air tel list i have already been charged Rs.15/- which has been deducted from me. Kindly stop this and refund an amount of Rs.15/- Thanks K Ramanujam

Never Use the Airtel 2G.
This is for the cheating purpose only. THey have recovered Rs. 9000 for 1 Gb usage in 3 days even after plan was activated.
Else your contact no. will be gone as airtel will stop services

Hello! I booked an airtel broadband wifi connection from a local dealer broadband-chandigarh.in last week ago. Although they are honest but due to any technical fault my connection was delayed 5 days. I appreciate the coordination of dealer but this delay was really unexpected because they promised me to install connection within 2 days. So I want to suggest other users that before booking any broadband connection ask the dealer for proper feasibility test.
