Customer service is awful. They will contract you and then they will never contact you even when you want to speak with sales. Apparently once sales get their commission they could care less if you cancel at the end of the contract. Obviously upper management is out of touch or does not care. One has to wonder how they stay in business.

I used 8X8 and just can't find the value. When I went to terminate service, their Internet contact was non-responsive. When I called, it took at least 45 minutes. Each question response was followed by a 3-5 minute delay. They offered me a lower price to stay with them. When I declined, they told me about fees a fax termination charges that I did not authorize. When I declined to pay, they came back agreeing to terminate the service. The customer service person was nice, but inept or following a bad script. Customer Service kept saying, "Sorry for the wait". I should have cancelled sooner, sorry for the wait. Do NOT subscribe to 8X8.

They quote one price and then charge another. I have spent a lot of time trying to get them to correct it, but as of now - they continue to claim that they did not say what they said (despite me sending them copies of emails showing otherwise). I would avoid this company.

Unfortunately -- I have worked with three Companies that Deal with these BOZOS.

The absolute WORST Company that I ever dealt with in my entire life. Everything from their Products -- to their (MUCH NEEDED!!!) Customer Care is below Atrocious.

Joe S: I also have 8X8 and not one thing they did ever helped! I have call them 240 + times "I ask one of there telemarketers to inform me how many calls i have to them" now with issues i have. I was told that the call logs were going to be up to date and i have fire employees due to the fact that they went make the correct number of daily calls,. after about 6 months of this i start keeping track of my own calls and come to find out they were lower then the real number. I call 8x8 and informed them that the only reason why i went with them was so i can keep track of the call log they at that point informed ma that the calls logs are corrected at the end of the billing cycle (Monthly). After further view i found this not to be true ether. I "This morning" got of the phone with a Richard Snow from 8x8 and he actually hung the phone up on me because i was working with them. By not working with them he he meant he was going to save me 35% if i upgrade my phone to virtual office pro because that's the only way they can count the calls. I felt i should have to pay more money for a service i signed up for 1 1.5 years earlier. I also have client that used to use them and 8x8 wont let me call this number. i called and ask why and they said it was a glitch and fixed the problem, "This has only happen d with a previous 8x8 client" how convent.

TO ALL: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND NOT HELP TO JUSTIFY THE MISTAKE THEY MAKE!!!
